We then went in to meet w the hearing aid specialist, Chris O. He was very kind & thorough in his exam. He answered MANY questions. He was patient & I could tell he truly cared about helping my mom be able to hear better. My mom did a 3 week trial but they just kept falling out of her ears bc they'd get caught in her hair. She was worried she'd lose hearing aids that cost thousands of dollars. It'd be like losing a small used car. Also, they were too sensitive to touch for her. We returned the hearing aids & D was so sweet! She didn't try to make my mom feel guilty for not purchasing them. She was wonderful! If you are looking for excellent customer service then I would give this place a try. Maybe the hearing aids will work out for you!

Once I realized that I was losing my hearing, I had contacted various ENT specialists and was given every test known to mankind. I was told a certain brand and type were the ones I needed. However, this did not solve my hearing problems at all. It seems that there was always some type problem with the hearing aids, loose wires, just not working, therefore, having to go back to the manufacturer. And the big problem was that I was just not hearing all that well. I have to say I constantly complained even though normally I am not that type person at all. But when you pay these exorbitant prices, and still cannot hear properly, then I expect to be helped. However, nothing really changed. Unfortunately, I just became totally frustrated and had no idea what to do. So I just struggled along, still unable to hear very well, and found myself constantly repeating to others and asking them to repeat themselves. It was not only frustrating to me, but my loved ones as well. Forget going to a restaurant or grocery store. Music sounded distorted as well. Well, finally, I had enough. I began to search for someone that maybe could be more helpful so I started a study into this. So Lorin opened a whole different world for me as I went thru hearing tests, and tested out different hearing aids. I became educated about hearing loss and was supplied with hearing aids that actually worked for me. It was like a miracle because I could actually hear again. So I was able to wear these and find out about different environments and educated about apps that would work in different areas such as outside, restaurants, music, etc. And best of all, Lorin continues to work with you after the sale, and no matter what you need, he is always available to help you. He explains everything in detail and lets you ask questions as well. He is so thorough, I was very impressed by his patience and knowledge about hearing in general. I had previously taken my daughter to a different audiology to obtain an assessment for APD, only…read moreto realize they only game me an audiogram, explaining that my concerns were probably nothing serious. I then contacted Audiology Associates to schedule the same assessment I had asked for before, and they booked it without an issue. Dr. Bledsoe did the assessment and she was so professional, comprehensive in her history taking and testing, and very friendly to speak with. She took her time explaining the results so that I understand all the implications for her findings. Furthermore, I've reached out more than once to ask follow up questions and she is always willing to make time for me. I couldn't recommend them enough.
