Dr Martha Graves us AMAZING!@ She is caring, attentive and thorough. She has done a great job with my mom. My mom is 89 and hears well with the aid of hearing aids made and adjusted by Dr. Graves. The front desk is nice and appointments are punctual. Thank you sooo much!@ I would recommend Connect Hearing and Dr Graves.

Interaction with the staff was great and the Dr. explained everything before going into the hearing booth. Latest technology.

Where's my $50???? This is my second review since my last two appointments on Thursday, May 7th @…read more11:00 am & 2:30 pm. My previous review received a polite "canned" answer about how interested EIT was in resolving several issues but no direct contact information. Had issues with appointment scheduling & quality of services. Briefly I had two appointments- same day 2-1/2 hrs apart for annual hearing test & to see an audiologist to review results. I was six minutes late getting myself, my wife & her wheelchair to their check-in counter. No excuse, I guess, but an ambulance with flashing lights sitting at the entrance, parking lot gridlock with cars leaving & myself & others arriving for their own appts, usual lack of parking & even usual lack handicap parking. Stood at their check-in waiting for clerk who was on the phone explaining to & reiterating "services" that would not be available on their next visit. When she finished her call, she coolly looked at something on her desk & pointed out I was now 9 minutes late to my 11:00 am appointment. My 6 and now her 3!! She'd then said would grace me with a check-in if my wife could fill out their new tablet check in process. I figured my wife of 57years was more than capable of this task & handed her my tablet. I barely got her wheelchair parked before I was called in for my annual hearing test. I returned before she had even completed the tablet which was a questionnaire as if I was a new patient & they had no records whatsoever. Next I returned their tablet to the "same" check-in clerk & asked if there was any possibility of being seen earlier than my next scheduled 2:30 pm appointment. This lady told me "I could sit & see." We chose to leave their totally empty lobby except for one occupied seat. Returned a full 1/2 hr early for my 2:30pm appointment. Checked in with the same "not so cherry, abrupt" check-in clerk and waited a full 23 minutes past my appointment time to be seen.....not by a doctor or audiologist. But, by a lovely & efficient PA-C whose bio by EIT on their own web site does not mention any audiology specifically. Her experience & nursing skills were obvious. Final less than wonderful experience was check out & scheduling next annual appointment. Received only one appointment date & time & inconvenienced that clerk when I asked why. I was told she could cancel it if I wanted. I then foolishly asked for an appointment reminder card. Name is unreadable & I could not find anything that slightly resembles what's on my card with EIT's own listing of providers on their own web site. I did receive an almost immediate canned response to my negative google review about how "concerned" EIT was about "my" issues, but no direct contact info. I have tried for 2 full days to contact EIT encountering no one answering, one "not my job" & several "this number is only for scheduling & hang ups. My wife reminded me that I short changed myself asking for $15.00 as EIT's new favorite number is $50.00 & up for their current fees. It's in their office signage & all their documentation that she saw. Additionally, she reminded me that in her own March 2026 annual appointment, the Check- in clerk stopped her from entering as she was called for the audiology test as she "owed a $50.00 co-payment". The staff member who was doing the hearing test stopped the check-in clerk & looked at their documentation & let the this lady know that they had the "wrong picture" on the account and that it was not a photo of this lady." My wife. a EIT patient of over 10 years, was able to continue to her scheduled test & second appointment with an audiologist whom she had seen several times previously. So let me rephrase, WHERE IS MY $50.00????? I am posting this second complaint because EIT no longer seems to offer medical or customer service and apparently does not care. It's all about the money. Seems like a tragic loss of what used to be an outstanding practice for many years. Where's my $50.00?

I have been going to Dr. Jackson's office for almost a year and see NP Taylor. She is great and…read morezero complaints about her. However, staff absolutely needs training in customer service. I had an appointment on August 21, 2025, and left medical forms to be filled out. I was told 7-10 business days. I have called several times as it is well into September and still have not got forms back. I got one call back and was treated as if I was bothering her. I was told they would check into it. Still no call back and still no medical forms.

2 Stars = Could've Been Better…read more I was diagnosed with Hyperacusis back in September. I came to Lance Jackson's office per recommendation from Doss Audiology (110% recommend Doss Audiology!)). During my 2 appointments here at Lance Jackson, I was attended to by a PA and NP. Both times I felt unheard and both times I felt rushed. This office has a factory type setting for patient care. Get patients in and get patients out. The clinicians are bouncing from room to room and seem like they are booked all day. Maybe even double booked. This model is great for business, but in the end the quality of care suffers. My initial visit I met with a PA. I felt rushed and unheard. After my appointment, I overhead a conversation between her and a coworker where it was said, "Oh she's worker's comp? Good luck getting out of work honey". I didn't address it until my follow up appointment. During my follow-up appointment I met with a NP. I again felt rushed and unheard. When I asked for the notes from my 2 visits, my feelings were confirmed. The notes listed wrong symptoms from the wrong ears and basically wrong information. One note even stated I said I had difficulty attending my son's basketball game. I don't have a son. That's not what I said... It's a bit comical feeling unheard at an ENT office... Anyway, both experiences were frustrating. Especially when you're dealing with a newfound hypersensitivity to sound and it seems like people don't believe you. People who you go to seeking assistance from. I did contact the office manager and reported what I heard regarding the worker's comp comment. Even if they weren't specifically talking about me, it was disappointing to hear as a patient. To know there are clinicians here vocalizing their dismay towards Worker's Comp in a patient filled area. I hope you have a better experience than I did. I won't be back.

She was refused service for arriving TWO minutes past "cut-off" time, despite having attempted to call and notify the office multiple times that she would be late due to unexpected construction/traffic (she was only able to leave a message, which they ignored). The receptionist and head nurse were rude and even laughed at my mother's situation. The other two receptionists were blithely talking on what appeared to be personal calls. There was only one family in the waiting room. DO NOT see this practice if you are looking for a professional, caring medical staff. My mother has lived in San Antonio for 31 years and has never experienced this kind of a horrific experience. I am praying that she gets the medical help she needs, since now she can't find anybody who will see her before the New Year. What a travesty and a disgrace. Beware.
