However, when trying to set an appointment, I was told they did not have one. Being lied to and given the turnaround does not feel good. I've had bad experiences both at this location and the Wurzbach one. So I highly recommend not using this company.

Everything was explained to my understanding of why something was happening and gave me reasoning to the prices and the benefits of the product. As for the hearing protection themselves, they have been working great. I work around fighter jets and the noise the produce requires double ear protection. the custom inserts fill that role and are more comfortable than anything else when I have my ear muffs on as well. They also go in and out of my ear with ease and are strong enough to block the noise for equipment that simulates some aspects of the jet engine which is plenty loud enough. I haven't tried them while shooting but I'm guessing they will do fine.

They knew from the time they did the hearing test the thousands of dollar she was spending for their recommended inner canal hearing aids would not ever be loud enough for her to hear well. She had so much trouble with the inner ear type. When i took my mom to her ENT he advised her the inner canal hearing aids can not be programmed to be loud enough for her hearing loss. Her ENT recommend over the ear type.

The assistant was there on time, but she wasn't able to help us without the audiologist, Joseph Raney. I can't tell you how disappointing this is. We ultimately got a full refund since we were going to have to have an additional 4 appts. and the first two went horribly wrong. They boast that they have the best customer service in the industry .... I hate to see what the others are like! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone that truly wants to hear ... it's just one let down after another.

She's very relaxed, sincere, and caring. That's very important to me. I had by hearing aids in 2 wks. I was missing out on clear conversations with friends. After waiting about 15 minutes past my appointment time, I went up to the front desk to ask about the delay. The receptionist told me they were running behind and that it would be another 15 minutes -- but she would check with the back. A few minutes later, she returned and said it would actually be 20 more minutes and offered to reschedule. At that point, we had already been waiting far too long with no communication or apology until I asked. If the office was that far behind, patients should be informed when they check in, not after waiting around. Very poor time management and customer service. I won't be coming back.

Dr Browning is great with kids, knew what our babies strange birthmark was after one look, have us materials on how to deal with it, and when it became unmanageable - surgically removed it. As a surgeon - he was quick and thorough, and baby is healing very well. He explained the 3 types of sutures he used for different purposes. Aftercare has been very easy. He also seems knowledgeable about minimizing the scar.
