Now, I I haven't bought too many tacos from food trucks, and that's something that I really need to fix in my life, but let me tell you, these were great! I personally would say these are a good deal. I'm a big eater and got five tacos for $20 and was full. They are bigger than street tacos though I still downed them in about 3 or 4 bites. They come with a nice mild green salsa and a spicier red one and plenty of limes for squeezing. The five tacos that I got were mahi-mahi, shrimp, al pastor, carne, asada, and carnitas. I'm honestly not sure which one was my favorite as they were all really tasty. I'm honestly just thinking about the next time I'll get them.

Double corn tortillas and full of great flavored pork. The asada is one tortilla and is also good but I find my tortilla always falls apart. The quesabirria tacos are also very hot and tasty. If you go in Tuesday expect a wait because they are usually packed. I need to try a few other menu items because I've liked their meats. They have a salsa bar which has various salsas, cucumbers, radish, carrots, pickled onions, and jalapeños. They keep it clean. The staff has always been friendly and so a great job.

I ordered the Lucky Luciano and my husband got the Dirt Nap--both were absolute flavor bombs. The bread was toasted to perfection--crisp on the outside, soft inside--and held up beautifully with all the loaded toppings. Every bite was a mouthful of deliciousness. We also grabbed the truffle fries, and WOW. Super crispy, well-seasoned, and paired with their Mob Sauce? Unreal. I'd go back just for the fries alone. Food truck or not, Mob Dawgs serves up restaurant-level flavor with street food vibes. 100% recommend if you catch them on the go.

The side of baked beans, mac and tator tots were also made so good with love. You could really tell.

I opted for the Vegan empanada--impossible meat, onions, peppers, green olives, gluten free corn dough. The sauce I opted for was chimichurri. For dessert I got the S'mores--Ghiradelli chocolate, marshmallow fluff, graham cracker crumbs. Both were prepared quickly. I enjoyed the them both. The vegan was flavorful and I acrually didn't need so much of the sauce. I loved the crispness of the outer shell and the flavors complemented one another. For the dessert, I also enjoyed the chocolatey goodness and the fluff. I also think they outdid themselves on these flavors. If I come across them again, I'd definitely want to try the other savory empanadas. Well done!
