Mexican Street Tacos (order of 3) fajita veggie
nathan h.

I walked in to pick up my order and the ambiance is pretty cool. Plenty of places to park outside and plenty of room to sit. I ordered online and it was ready in under 15 mins. The food was amazing! The flavor on the tacos were unreal. The fajita veggies had so much flavor. The Mexican street tacos were packed with rice beans and veggies. They did not skimp. The shrimp tacos were 3 large shrimp on a tortilla with some mango salsa. The flavor on the shrimp was fantastic. They looked underwhelming but tasted amazing. The mango salsa was great, the Avocado salsa could've used a little more flavor but still good, and the hot salsa was really hot but tasted so good. It was exactly what i was looking for. The side of rice and beans were a little dry. Wasn't anything to write home about, but the tacos made everything worth it. I would for sure get this again.

Popped in for a quick lunch with my mom. This my first time at the Easton location. I was surprised at how big this location is, even having an upstairs. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly. We were seated immediately and shortly after placed our order. Drinks as well as chips and salsa came out right away. Their salsa is delicious! The food came pretty quickly as well. I went with the Tacos Al Pastor, a first for me from Dos Hermanos. I really enjoyed my tacos, they were flavorful and a good portion size. I love how fresh their salsa tastes; even the hot has flavor, it doesn't just burn your mouth. Overall this is a great spot for a quick lunch. When I'm in the area I'll keep it in mind, maybe pop in for happy hour sometime soon.

We stopped in for lunch on a sunny Saturday while running errands. The restaurant has ample seating including an upstairs area and is very well lit. The entrance, being in a strip mall, may make it appear small and/or "divey" but that is not the case. We were seated right away by a person that did not seem very happy to be there but was courteous. The menu options are about what you would expect but not so extensive that you need an hour to decide. There were not many vegan options which made my selection easy. I had the veggie fajitas. My husband had the market burrito. There was a slight mix up when our order came out. The wrong food came to our table but it was quickly returned and voila! new food appeared. it was a nonevent but given some other reviews, thought I would mention it. The chips were good but the salsa was a bit bland. We asked for a side of hot sauce and it was very spicey and had a nice roasted flavor. It was quite good. The food was good but was not out of this world. Both of our meals could have used more seasoning. Just a bit bland overall, consistent with the salsa. Unfortunately the market burrito was lacking the amount of the main protein, carnitas. There just was not much in the way of meat in it. In terms of pricing my opinion is that the food was bit overpriced for the quality. Overall a 3-3.5 star restaurant located near Easton.

Gorgeous little space - really surprising from its strip mall exterior. Super cute cafe with unique upper levels. Service was friendly and quick during lunchtime. Food was best ever - super fresh, flavorful and tasty! Hubby had the chicken taco bowl - I had tacos. Both were great. Chips and salsa were excellent, too. Wish we lived closer to Easton - I'd eat here every week!

I am so happy to have a brick and mortar dos hermanos. I knew it would be good but this place still knocked my socks off. Best piña colada I've had in my entire life. Service was great, the place had a nice vibe, and the food was unbelievably delicious. I cannot WAIT to go back. Every single bite was delicious and overall it was even tastier than the truck or north market stand. The jamaica agua fresca was so refreshing. Even regular stuff like the chips, salsa and refried beans were just unusually delicious.

Steak burrito delicious

We happened to come across this restaurant and decided to stop and eat I'm glad we did it was very delicious nice decor good service food was delicious great drinks

We went on a whim to check out the new brick and mortar location of Dos Hermanos and had an overall positive experience. The ambiance and décor are nice, and the restaurant is more spacious than most taqueria-type places. The restaurant is also located in one of the (few) quiet parts of Easton and there is parking available right in front of the restaurant. Taysia was very friendly, helpful, and patient with our party of five, and she made some great recommendations. Our table ordered the chicken nachos - it's a big portion that is easily shareable. The chicken was flavorful and not dry at all (something I have experienced with quite a few taco places around town), so that was a pleasant surprise. We also received complimentary chips and salsa - the salsa elevated the flavor of the nachos when mixed together. We tried several street style tacos - the barbacoa street tacos were well-seasoned and the filling was very generous. The steak tacos looked delicious. However, the star of the show were the shrimp tacos - the combination of mango salsa and the shrimp was just perfect. Dos Hermanos is a classier take on the traditional taqueria - I wish the new location much success, and look forward to my visit the next time I am in the neighborhood.

This was my first time trying Dos Hermanos. The location is nice when in the Easton area. They maximized the interior well, it is very open, nice decor, and was clean. They had very fast and friendly service here. Our server was great and gave our group great recommendations. We ordered nachos with chicken for the table, I got Mexican street tacos with steak, and my husband got the bowl with chicken. I also tried the shrimp taco as my friend and I shared our orders. One thing is for sure, their proteins are on point! Usually at other taco places, I found the chicken and shrimp tacos to be bland and underwhelming; however, I found them very flavorful here. The mango salsa was a nice topping to the shrimp taco. The steak tacos were good, but I felt the steak was nothing special. Overall, I would order the shrimp tacos again. As for the street tacos, I was disappointed that no sauces came with it. After leaving though, I found out there was an option to order hot, mild, or guacamole salsa on the side. I wish we were asked when ordering for which salsa we wanted, that way I would have put in an order for the guacamole/hot salsa. The prices here are definitely higher compared to other places ($13 for 3 street tacos), so it would not be the first choice to get my taco fix.

What looks like a shot of salsa, this stuff will light you up!

Came in on a Tuesday for dinner. We were greeted promptly and told to take a seat anywhere. Server came by and offered drinks, had to ask for water. Disappointed they only have 'house' margaritas, even though they have a full bar and should be able to make a top shelf marg. What we got was good for a house marg, but still not a top shelf delectable drink. Was brought a complementary chips & salsa (thought not really free based on the price of the menu items). Chips were very good. Salsa seems made from scratch, but needed some salt to bring out the flavor. Not very hot at all, but they do have an option for a hot salsa which I asked for. Came out in a metal shot glass sized container. I'm thinking to myself 'what the heck is this?' as I'm shoveling down a chip doused in it only to have my eyes light up and sweat break out on my brow! Hot it was! Mixed it with the mild stuff previously brought and made a very tasty salsa. Also ordered the queso. They mix a bit of cilantro in it. Nice portion, very tasty. Ordered the chicken enchilada and a chicken quesadilla. Both were very good and parts of each went in to-go boxes. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Would definitely come back again, but will bring my own salt shaker, as salt and pepper were not on the tables.

What a great place... This place hits the mark in so many ways. Service was awesome - super friendly wait staff, the manager stopped by to check on us. The food was not just another Mexican restaurant food... it was well executed and delicious. The restaurant itself was really cool - great decor kind of up scale casual. This place is worth having dinner at.

Parking: This location has shared parking with the neighboring tenants, but I was able to easily find a parking spot during prime time. Parking lot felt safe. 4 stars Customer Service: Employees were all polite and ensured my drink was full. My wait time was around 15-20 minutes for food. 4 stars. Food: Meal was good. I ordered the steak fajitas and chips with salsa. It was good, but also expensive compared to the local Mexican restaurants. 3 stars. Ambiance: This is a great location for dates and meals with family/friends. Ideal for 2-4 people. Volume was near perfect and allowed for easy socializing. 4 stars. Conclusion: Food and service were good, but compared to local similar restaurants this one is expensive. One of my last cheat meals for a while. Today is the start of meal prep again. (4+4+3+4)/4= 3.75 stars

I have had food from Dos Hermanos before, but it was from the Dublin, North Market, location. So when we were around the Easton area and had a chance to go to this place, I was pretty excited to try out more items from their menu. Soon as we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staffs. We were told to sit wherever we like. Soon as we were seated we received complimentary chips and salsa. Our server was Taysia and she was fantastic. She was very friendly, honest and had great recommendations. We ordered the chicken nachos for the table and I ordered the Mexican Street Shrimp tacos with the mango salsa. The chicken on the nacho was just delicious, very flavorful. However, I wish there were more queso, salsa or guacamole on the nachos. The portion size was big, but there were a lot of dry chips and not enough other stuff on it. Now for the tacos, I highly recommend you get the Shrimp taco. The shrimp was cooked and seasoned well, and the mango salsa went perfectly with the shrimp. My husband ordered the Barbacoa Mexican street tacos, that was seasoned well and tasted good too. If we are in the Easton area and in the mood for Tacos, we will definitely come back here and try other items on the menu.

It's truly special when a server makes the effort to get to know everyone at the table, make jokes and join in on the laughs. I was visiting Columbus for the weekend, and throughout the rest of my stay after dinner, I can say this meal was a highlight! The atmosphere was beautiful, and we were seated right away! The cocktails were amazing, I had a strawberry fields. Now as for the short ribs, they melted in my mouth! They paired perfectly with the risotto, truly a great plate of food that felt like home! I have already recommended this place to friends visiting Columbus soon!

We visited yesterday around 3 PM after seeing the new Mario movie. We didn't have a reservation, but seating wasn't an issue at that time. As always, the restaurant was clean, lively, and welcoming. The staff was very kind, and our waitress was attentive throughout our visit. We ordered many of our usual favorites, but my entrée--the braised short rib--was not quite up to the standard I've come to expect. While the meat itself was still tender, moist, and flavorful, the risotto was disappointing. It lacked its usual creamy texture and was noticeably too thick. Additionally, the dish was served with only carrots as the root vegetable, whereas in the past it has included a variety of vegetables that really elevated the overall flavor and presentation. I was especially disappointed because this was actually the first time I remembered to take a photo of my meal before digging in. I came in fully intending to finally leave a glowing five-star review based on all of our previous great experiences--but unfortunately, this visit didn't live up to that expectation. This was surprising, especially given how consistently great this dish--and the restaurant overall--has been during our previous visits. We've dined here at least five times this year and even celebrated our son's third birthday here, so this experience felt out of character. One difference worth noting is that we typically visit for dinner, and this was our first time coming during the afternoon. It's possible there may be differences in the kitchen or service during that time. We do plan to return, as we're hoping this was just an off day. This place has earned a lot of goodwill from us over time, but we wanted to share this experience in case it's helpful for others.

They have an outdoor area that was sadly closed - we would have loved to enjoy the beautiful weather! We dined inside over the weekend and they offer Brunch & Bubbles as well as their traditional menu. We ordered off the Brunch & Bubble's! Started with mimosas/No-mosa's - very good and such a reasonable price of $5! That was a treat! They had complimentary pretzel bread and butter for the table. We ordered the APPLEWOOD SMOKED BACON PIZZA, CANDIED BACON BLT, and the EGGS ANY WAY. My friends enjoyed both the pizza and BLT and said they would order again. Eggs any way feels misleading as I ordered scrambled egg whites and they came back and said they don't have egg whites and if normal eggs that have milk mixed in are okay instead. I am confused if they can make fried eggs why they can't separate the yolks for egg whites? For a restaurant at this price point and prestige, I was disappointed and will defer me from going there for brunch in the future. Instead I got three sides - applewood bacon, potatoes and oven roasted vegetables. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed with the potatoes and oven roasted vegetables. The potatoes had a sauce on them that felt heavy and was unexpected - I wouldn't order them again (my friends who also had them with the bacon BLT said the same and in the future would ask for a different side) and the oven veggies were a bit saucy and tangy. The perception of what you will receive based on the name does not match what is presented. I've been to a Coopers Hawk for dinner several times and really enjoyed it, but this was a miss for me.

That was probably around 12:20. Making great time. I got a side salad. A friend got the Wedge. That came out in good timing. It was pretty good. This is when things went left. Around 1:30pm.... The entrees came out. I got the chicken potstickers. The temp on them was ok. But the other meals were cold. Yall... their meals were inedible. We waited all that time for their food to be cold. Not only that there was no check-in being done from our server. Felt kind of neglected. The manager came over to apologize after it was asked if they could have food that was hot. He seemed sorry. But it kind of put a damper on the meal. This is not a cheap place. Expectations are high. They were busy. Totally understand. However to serve cold food is not cool at all. Their visual chart is a…read moregodsend for cocktail explorers, and all of the drinks came out delicious and exactly as described. It's so creative, and the drinks are really the stellar stand out here. However, the atmosphere of those drinks is what gives me pause when thinking about coming back. The limited table situation, tiny cramped space, and loud music means that it doesn't feel particularly relaxing. People are constantly brushing up against you (even at 5PM), and holding a conversation at a normal distance is nearly impossible. NOTE: This place is covered in dust. No shade to the ownership as it doesn't appear to be anywhere near food prep areas (it's on the decor, on/around shelving, all over the faux plants, etc.), but if you're someone who's sensitive to dust, this is probably not a good fit. PROS: -I loooooooove how they've done their drink menu. As someone who is still exploring the potential of cocktails, their nerdy "chart" that places all of their drinks on a sweet/bitter and alcohol-forward/approachable visual chart is SUCH a help. As such, everything I ordered was absolutely amazing for me. I knew exactly what to expect from a drink because of its position on the chart, and it delivered. -Their drinks are really unique. Aqua faba? Fat washed alcohols? Lollipops or toasted marshmallows as garnishes? Super cool. Don't let some of the weirder descriptions creep you out of trying them. -All of their drinks were delicious. Everything I ordered was exactly as described. I often go places where the taste is barely related to its namesake, but they were entirely on-point here. CONS: -I'm not sure if someone called off that night as other reviewers are in love with the service, but our service was really really slow. No real rapport with the staff; just stating the name of a drink as they rushed past and then they were off to try to clean a table or take someone else's order. The drinks they made were great, but this isn't somewhere we'd go if we were in a hurry. -The pictures do not accurately convey how small this place is. Like, it's small. I'd guess less than 1000 square feet. My apartment is bigger by a lot. This isn't necessarily an issue, but it means people pile up quickly as they wait for seating (there's like 4/5 tables and then bar seating). The human walkways are small enough that the bartenders and other guests will brush against you a lot - even while seated. -I get the vibe they were going for here, but with the smaller space, I think a lot of the potential decor options had to "go" in order to fit more humans. It's giving me hardcore The Hearth Room (in Cincinnati) vibes, and I think it could honestly pull it off if it simply had more space. The "relaxed, sophisticated bourbon bar" doesn't quite come through as well when things are so focused on simply fitting in more bodies. -It's loud AF. Like, really, really loud. Between all the people and the blasting pop music, it required leaning into someone's ear in order to speak at normal volumes. We'd regularly have to pause the conversation if something in the music was building to a drop. This is not a place I'd take someone I wasn't very very comfortable with because it really requires being in someone's space to talk. -There's a single all-gender toilet here for everyone in the establishment. It's basically a revolving door of people in and out of it. The door auto-closes, however, so it's really difficult to figure out if it's open or not. There was usually a queue of people waiting in front of the door.
