The burgers are where this place really hits on. The reason it's very delicious is because this place doesn't go on too fancy of a presentation for a burger. Simple is best, and this burger doesn't stuff you to where you can't breathe, but hits the spot satisfactorily. The pizza is a pizza, my daughter is very simple with cheese pizza's being her go to choice. A nice layer on there, adding some sweetness and saltiness, but not overwhelming. Blended well with everything else. There are several other appealing burgers on the menu, and I am interested in what their specials are since this one looked good, so I'm sure I'll be back.

Bathroom had the best sound...possible reasons for this; the place is cavernous with concrete walls and floors and tin ceiling. Sweet Harmony please get professional sound advice to fix this! The other negative for me was...preschoolers running around (literally preschoolers) during an adult event-why.. because there was a kids birthday part happening in the party room at the same time as the concert. Parents where drinking and hanging out together while their kiddies ran about. I get and read about Sweet Harmony wanting to be a "all things venue" to the community but have some discretion and separation. We don't live in the area, live in a much more metropolitan area where this isn't acceptable or the norm and relaxing! If these last two issues weren't a factor I would have given Sweet Harmony Canal 5 stars. Hope managers are paying attention to the reviews.

There is sanitary issues as well; from the kitchen to the bathroom to the bar itself, which includes the staff who do not appear to be professionally groomed. The customer service is terrible as well. No apologies for long waits or not being properly stocked. Why are there long waits when there is less than 10 people at the venue? There's really no wonder why this place is always empty. The owner continues to promote The Social Club on social media with attractive flyers but once you get there, you will be extremely disappointed.
