I gave this company the opportunity to inspect and flush my coolant system, inspect and recharge my AC system, inspect and flush my front and rear differential and transfer case and inspect and flush my transmission. I left with an AC system that blows hotter than the heater. How can anyone expect one system was inspected and maintained correctly when the other performs so poorly after such a "service". I was also taken for $250 so that someone could punch a few buttons on a programmer to reprogram my cpu which performs worse now as when it did when I brought it in to their shop. All this place has done was fix my ability to have faith that all GM dealerships are not equal. I would caution anyone coming here for service to question how that service is performed. I personally think they suck and charge for things they're not qualified to do. Buyer beware! You cannot trust these mechanics. What's unfortunate for them and me alike is that I am looking for someone to replace my shocks, add an air ride suspension, replace my mirrors with towing mirrors and rotate my wheels. I wouldn't trust them with rotating my wheels at this point. No stars for this group. Go somewhere else if you're in need of service.

Oh you tech that changed the oil 62610 didn't tighten properly and that leaked after service. I will never buy a vehicle from you due to your shady shop practices. Shame on your staff.

Recently my engine light came on while driving. I called Onstar who ran a diagnostic on my vehicle…read moreand gave me a code. Onstar explained what it could be from this code and recommended service at the dealer York. When I contacted Yorks service Dept I was told they would have to run a diagnostic test on my vehicle for a $140.00 even though I had the code from onstar! Ridiculous if they don't know this code then look it up! I pay for onstar just for this purpose. I've been a loyal customer for several years now. The first time I've had service with this new service manager I had to replace a fuel pump after contacting onstar. I was charged a diagnostic fee then even though onstar gave me the code. I also found out from the service manager that if I used flex fuel in my Impala than it ate the rubber seals in the pump as they don't make a seal that is resistant to flex fuel. Yet my Impala is a flex fuel vehicle and I should have not had to pay to get it fixed Chevrolet should have fixed it for free as it is not truly a flex fuel vehicle! I don't know how they get away with selling it as one! These two things makes me wonder how many vehicles sold as flex fuel from Chevrolet have fuel pump gaskets that can't handle flex fuel and the owners charged for a new pump that as well can't handle flex fuel! So after these two service episodes one I didn't go to. I will not pay for a diagnostic test when it's not needed! I will find another repair shop, more over another dealership to patronize.

Have used pilsons many times in the past, went in today to see about trading in my challenger for a…read morebronco, because pilsons saying "if it's pilsons it's possible" got low balled on a trade, told I couldn't get the bronco with no credit ran because the payoff was too expensive. Then to top it off, the guy who assessed my challenger(Pilson fords own general manager) parked the challenger on a parking block(any challenger sits to low to go over these) so the bumper dragged on and off the parking block, now the bumber is hanging underneath the car! So now I have to go to a body shop to see what kind of damage they caused, and to have it repaired by a body shop, is going to cause the value of my challenger to go down anymore, making my car basically impossible to trade in anywhere!!!!!! Do not recommend, will never be back after this. No deal made, and DAMAGED my car to boot. Thanks for that HORRENDOUS experience today.... This review will be left on any and all applications I can find for reviews. Do not use this dealer. As they may damage your car assessing it. I think Pilson needs to fully pay off my car, and get me into something else since they damaged my car, which has also lowered its value. Update last week, a week after this incident the general manager reached out, said they owed me an apology on a voicemail, wanted to see damage in an email. I replied to email last week, here we are, 5 days later, and no response back. Pilsons really isn't worried when they cause damage to your car, or just tell you the can't work out a deal for you. Again, DONT USE THIS DEALER. After probably 20 purchases with this dealer, it's rough to say, but they don't care about customers or trades anymore. Received a call from Drew, basically just an apology, and they want their body shop to fix any damage, while trying to tell me the challenger didn't touch the parking block. Today the serpentine belt shredded and took out the air conditioning line. Also, there is a wheel hub going out, and the trim had started to separate from the door. I called today to see what they would do, and was somewhat rudely told that since we didn't buy the $1200+ limited warranty, they will not do anything. While very nice during the purchase process, their good will ended there, and they became too embodiment of "used car salesman".
