Worst experience ever.
Mike Rightsell Sr. Ran a scam operation and sold a bunch of vehicles with pre-existing problems. I was one of many unfortunate people who fell victim to this scam. I realized it had an issue within the engine within the first 2 days of driving it. I had a good shop diagnose the issue brought it back wanting to return or exchange it. He wouldn't let me test drive any other vehicles and manipulated me into keeping the vehicle with promises that this 12 warranty would solve my issue. I'm going to stop right there for second. His website states that each vehicle on his lot underwent a thorough inspection. So if this is true, Mike Rightsell was well aware that this vehicle had an issue with the engine. If he did in fact, inspection the engine. He would have had to be aware that there was significant engine problems and should have never posted the car sale. Especially with the prideful mission statement on website about how ALL of the vehicles on your lot have had ALL the necessary inspections and most importantly. Repairs made based on those inspections. I don't know if he inspected them and just ignored the needed repairs or if he even bothered inspecting them at all. It's really hard to tell with this guys shown lack of morals and ethics. So back to this 12 month warranty he used to try to convince me that selling me a vehicle that needed extensive engine repairs was ok. Which he strung me along for the entire 12 months, strategicallyuntil my warranty expired. I tried desperately for 12 months to get him to do this work and he just wouldn't do the work that he used to convince me to keep the vehicle In the first place. Now here's something that might seem a little crooked, as if what I've revealed about Mr. Mike Rightsell Sr. hasn't been enough. Just think what this warranty company would think about this man selling vehicles, one after another, that already require warranty claims before they leave the lot, due to preexisting problems. Which he is contracted through the warranty company to conduct inspections and repair according, so there is no preexisting problems. So yeah, he screw his customers, his business affiliates, his employees, probably just about anyone he can get over on. Mr. Mike Rightsell is a dangerous man to do business with and I would even say to associate with. A man with ethics like those and no remorse for this terrible situations he puts hard working people and families in, is no man I'd trust around myself or anyone I care about.
In conclusion, my vehicles hasn't ran for 6 & 1/2 months. I am still required to pay my $380 each month, for a vehicle that doesn't run! Also, it would cost around $5000 to do the engine work that needs done at this point. This is the worst business transaction/nightmare I've ever had to encounter and I hope nobody has to experience a man like this.
Be very cautious of any business encounters with Mike Rightsell Sr.
