I had my tooth extracted and the whole process was very good with the staff being informative and the best part was I could reach out to Dr. Hoover on his personal cell phone after hours if I had any complications. He was available on the weekend when I had a few blood clots that needed to be sucked and clean since my bleeding wasn't stopping. Dr. Hoover would explain everything in details and he was easy to talk to and didn't rush on my appointments especially during the tooth extraction because I needed more novacaine than usual. He would test out a spot and I would feel the pain then he would start over with some more novacaine. He had great bedside manners. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Hoover if you're ever needing periodontal work done. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

When the dentist finally came in, she started a conversation about the high costs of running a dental practice?!? (We had only met one time before this). She then seemed shocked when she presented her very elaborate plan to me and I responded with "yes, lets please start with the most urgent and space treatment out because cost is a very serious concern and barrier". she then sent her hygienist in to ask me if I wanted veneers!!!!!! months later, a $500 bill arrived..... that did not at all match any of the estimates and promises I had been given for a simple cleaning and xrays. now that I am here looking through other reviews, I see that this is something other patients have experienced as well. truly unfortunate since it is a nice office with a great premise.
