In addition, he communicated with the condo association and provided all required documents for set up the HOA payments on time. Moreover, he suggested to do the Mobile closing ( the notary came to my home for signing the closing paper in the closing date) which saved my time and $$$ money because I did not need to fly to Minnesota just for the closing. Mr.Mark Gettinger has provided an outstanding customer service. He commutated with my Closing company and Lender directly when I needed the information's clarification ( especially, the specific legal terminology). Furthermore, all the paper work and earning money sending were done electronically-it was so easy and accurate as well as saving a lot of my time and energy in this busy life. In Sum, the closing was done on time, and my Lender told me that they were impressed how Mr. Mark Gettinger was able to manage very professionally the condo purchase ( which is required more knowledge and documentation than purchasing a single home) and also for a Buyer who is living in the different state. I am recommending Mr. Mark Gettinger as a trustful, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional Real Estate Agent.

LionRock Properties did a…read moregood job managing our rental house during most of the lease, but if you plan to have them manage your property until you SELL it, be aware that they may not return your property in the same condition you turned it over to them. We hired them to manage a nice house in Maple Grove and we turned it over in beautiful condition but the final tenants left it dirty with trash and personal items left behind. LionRock insisted that their responsibilities were done when the final tenants moved out. They kept insisting that when the owner intends to sell, they "don't do a normal turnover process." We couldn't find anywhere in their documents any explanation of what that "not normal" turnover process was supposed to be. For 24 days into the next month we insisted that we just wanted them to do a walk-through, manage the damage deposit charges, and then take care of cleaning and trash disposal so that we would get it back in the same condition we turned it over to them. We did not want them to help renovate the house or stage it for sale or anything unreasonable. Just give it back to us clean! Their move-out packet instructs tenants to leave it that way, so we had high expectations that if tenants failed to do so, LionRock would see that it happened. It took 3 weeks of email exchanges to make it happen and only then did they tally the charges to the tenants, disburse the security deposit accordingly and then arrange a cleaning service and trash disposal and we got the house back in "move-in" condition. Now why was that so hard?

Incompetent, negligent, and explicitly breached their own contract. Avoid at all costs…read more I had a horrible experience with this company. I started working with Lion Rock Property Management in 2025 when I relocated out of state and needed to rent my condo. They seemed great and affordable at first, but the moment actual management was required, they completely abandoned their responsibilities. First, my approved tenant stopped paying rent for the last month and a half of their lease. I sent multiple emails trying to follow up, and Lion Rock did absolutely nothing. I was repeatedly told they would "reach out to their boss," only to be met with silence until I followed up again. This is a direct breach of Section 2.2 and Section 2.3 of their own Property Management Agreement, which explicitly states they have "full responsibility and authority" for tenant relations, evictions, and the collection of all rents. They let the tenant live there rent-free until move-out. It got worse. Two weeks after the renter vacated, a major pipe leak occurred. Lion Rock was CC'd on an emergency email from my HOA. Kristine took my insurance info and promised to forward it to the maintenance team and open a claim. Three days passed. I received no updates, and no claim was filed, so I had to initiate it myself. Because this company let my property sit under standing water for three days with zero action, my mitigation team informed me the damage escalated to a Category 3 water loss. This blatantly violates Section 2.5 of our contract, which requires them to "prevent waste," as well as Section 2.5f, which mandates that all issues be "taken care of within 24 hours". When they finally sent a maintenance guy, while my mitigation team was already tearing out the damage, he simply noted the leak was fixed, and they had the nerve to charge me $100 for the "visit." Because they failed to collect rent and were negligent during a property-destroying emergency, I terminated my auto-renewed contract. Suddenly, they claimed they had a brand-new tenant moving in within the week. This was incredibly suspicious, as they never sent me applications to approve as they did previously. They tried to guilt-trip me, saying they now had to find this person a new place to live, despite me never authorizing the placement. To try and keep the contract, they also claimed their maintenance team did a walkthrough and could fix the catastrophic water damage in two days for just $1,600. For context, I have been quoted upwards of $53,000 for repairs by actual professionals. I've shared Lion Rock's $1,600 claim with contractors, my insurance adjuster, and lawyers, and everyone agrees they are completely delusional. Lion Rock also claimed the unit was "move-in ready" for this phantom tenant. Apparently, their "thorough inspection" completely missed that the previous tenant had abandoned an entire bed, a desk, a cat litter box, and tons of personal items inside the unit. This company is a literal joke. They're cheap for a reason. You cannot get in contact with anyone but one of the owners over the phone, and based on email exchanges where supposedly different employees use the exact same phrasing, I'm convinced it's one person running this entire scam of an operation. They are not BBB-approved, and if you care about your property or your financial well-being, steer clear of Lion Rock.

Buying something as expensive and important as a house virtually seemed nuts. But as the new year began we started getting the urge to just take a look. Who knew that within just a few weeks we would have an accepted offer? There is no one else we would have felt comfortable buying remotely with. And the only reason we changed from just looking to seriously buying was because we came to trust and rely on Billy's opinions. He is not just a savvy and knowledgeable realtor, he is truly a sincere and nice guy. He would warn us that even if we lose out on a house, in the end it always works out (and SPOILER ALERT he's right). But he still commiserated with us when we were outbid and he really went above and beyond when we were searching for the right home. And he really does want to find you the right home. He will be honest with you about any negatives he sees and he will steer you away from any bad decisions. Sometimes we were so keen to just get a house that we were willing to settle or make hasty decisions. But Billy makes sure that whatever house you get is a great house and whatever you do is sound and smart. And I'm so glad that he was there with us helping make all our decisions. He would give us daily updates of his endeavors going door to door and networking with other agents. In the end it was a note of his he left on the door of a house that was off the market that did the trick. We were able to buy a house that was miles better than any of the other houses we put offers on with basically no other competition. In the crazy housing market right now you need someone like Billy who is willing to go the extra mile. He was always trying innovative techniques to help us stand out amongst other buyers and that's exactly what it takes these days. He's continued to be invaluable after closing. He was great to bounce ideas around with about updating the house after moving in and he and Heather have been great with recommendations. He is always super responsive and I'm so glad I can still rely on him even after we've closed.

This paired with Billy's deep knowledge and network in the Minnesota real estate community made for the dream team! We felt cared for (and about) at every turn. The entire experience was a joy!

Within a week of inquiring about their leasing process, I had an agent out at my house to discuss my options and he helped me to make an informed decision on what my unit was worth in the current market. Following our discussion, they were quick to list the unit and promoted it in a variety of ways, including their Facebook page and other on-line resources. Two days and multiple showings later, I had a fantastic renter who committed to a 26-month lease. I credit this to my leasing team's knowledge of the market and reputation in the industry as being the go-to provider for condos in the MSP area. Since leasing my condo over two years ago, I have had nothing but outstanding service from my management team, namely, Megan Evans-Sharbano. She is quick, incredibly responsive and makes the landlord experience seamless. I live out-of-state and having someone on the ground near the unit, should something, happen is very comforting. My washing machine wasn't working and Megan not only sourced new machines within my given budget, she also arranged for the install and removal of my old unit, no questions asked. It couldn't have been a more painless experience and it's great to know I don't have to spend time arranging those types of tasks. I also have purchased Groupons for services for my home and she handles the timing of the service with my tenant. While the team does have a maintenance team who can assist with projects, it's nice to know they let me use whatever contractor or service-provider I want. She also does quarterly inspections to ensure the unit is being kept up, and is always providing updates as they arise. I've also referred DRG to a number of neighbors who are in similar situations and they have also had nothing but great things to say. As I look to sell my unit, there is no doubt that I will be leveraging DRG's selling team. I recently had a meeting with BJ LaVelle and he walked through the entire process and helped me understand the current market. I'm confident his team's reputation will be invaluable during this process and I'm excited for the possibility to continue my relationship with the DRG team, moving forward.
