It looks like they have a different menu of food items each month. Note that they will not make substitutions to the food that is being served unless you have a food allergy. In addition to afternoon tea, they also have coffee, desserts, and gelato that can be purchased. We were so full that we didn't take any extra sweets home with us. Cornerstone Bakery became our regular spot while vising Truckee so much so that we visited them all three days during our recent visit. In addition to their great pastry options, they also have many coffee and tea drinks available too. We also enjoyed their homemade focaccia bread with salt and it was so delicious! They have some seating inside as well as outside and the space feels very quaint. I highly recommend stopping in during your next visit to the area!

It's on the upper end of what I like for spicy, but I really enjoyed it a lot. The heat takes a couple of seconds to kick in, and then The sweetness of the brittle helps temper it a bit. We got everything from Belgian chocolate to mint chocolate chip. Since writing this review, we have at least gone 3-4 times and my kids look forward to stopping there when we're in the area.
