I suppose that idle conversation is more important than helping the female customer and female employees do their job. I would have ended up having to load the heavy mower myself in to my car because the employees were too busy talking but thankfully a male customer arrived at the same time and helped me load it. Also, the mower isn't working properly after the "repair". I will probably have to bring it back in. This sort of thing would be easily overlooked, however, if it weren't for the inattentive staff not helping load customer's mowers. I guess after they get their money you don't really need any help?
