I took my tractor in to have a tire repaired. They did something electrically and the tractor…read morewouldn't start. They blamed me for bringing a tractor in that didn't work but ai told them ai backed it off the trailer just fine. The set out to get it running by hot wiring every safety relay from the back of the fuse block. So no safety switches and nothing with a fuse. I was able to start the tractor with no brakes set, in gear, throttle up, cruise control on, no one in the seat and the PTO engaged. The tractor would start when run with no one in the cab. I was afraid my wife would get run over and chopped up. I took the tractor to the Kioti dealer and they spent 10 hours putting the wiring back where it belongs at a rate of $95/hour. I called the secretary 3 times to talk to the owner but I was put of 3 times. When I called a 4th time to tell them to talk to my lawyer they happily said OK and hung up on me.

Worked with my warranty company. I didn't have to deal with any of it besides paying my parts I picked up the truck. Nobody wants to deal with dealership fees when you're getting repairs, but these guys did a good job friendly fast. I'll be back when I need service again.

I have to give a special shout out to Ray Green our salesman, Matt and A.T. Hubby and I weren't super easy clients because we completely flip flopped on what we wanted. Originally we thought the Jeep Rubicon Gladiator was going to be it. Since they didn't have the one we wanted in stock, they found one and immediately did a trade with another dealership an hour away. It was then waiting for us the next day. Then this morning we call them saying we have decided against the Jeep and would be buying a Chevy (fortunately Vance owns that dealership too.) But in the end, we bought a 2500 Ram Laramie w/a turbo diesel. All the while even though I'm sure there was a lot going on behind the scenes, we knew their #1 priority was that we got what we wanted. Hayden in Finance and A.T. the sales manager worked with us to get a good deal, and we drove away super happy. Please note Vance offers a drivetrain lifetime warranty on most of their new vehicles., a big plus! Plus they will do what it takes to make sure you feel comfortable and clear in your decision to buy a new vehicle. We never once felt pressured or that we caused any inconvenience. The gas station attendant there said her bf worked at Sam's down the way and said they would check it out! I'm 7 months pregnant and this Oklahoma heat on the side of the road I wasn't taking any risks. She called her bf and when I got there he greeted me along with a couple of other guys that were just surviving in this heat. They sprayed the tires and what do ya know it had a screw in it. We went in today to visit with Les to figure out how to resolve the issue of the broken parts and Les screamed at us through the window that we could warranty out the parts and it wasn't his problem. Les Held up the paper that my husband signed yesterday to get his refund for the alignment and said that my husband signed the paperwork and it wasn't Les' problem. Les ran out the door after my husband and attempted to open the door while his wife screamed at us calling us tweakers. All we wanted was info on how to correct the broken parts, not a brawl. Completely unprofessional. We will not be back. Money isn't the principle, we got our money back. Disrespect and the way people are treated is important when running a business.
