This was the strangest shopping experience. The employees were so mean. No greeting, no acknowledgement. There was no music playing and instead the employees were loudly shouting to each other. While I tried to shop, an employee kept coming over to the rack that I was looking at to try and reorganize it / put things back. The clothing here is cute and they have way better selection than other Dor L' Dors, but the vibe was just so weird and uncomfortable. They should be nicer! read more

Cute and colorful boutique that caught my eye as I was wandering through Hoboken. I'm so glad I walked in! First of all, stores that color-code their racks have a special place in my heart. Um, hello, fellow organization nerds! Second, their clothes are super feminine and fun - just my style. They carry a wide range of sizes, from small to extra large. I found a sexy little black dress in the back that I fell in love with for $30. There are two fitting room stalls in the back. Their prices and quality are a level above Forever 21 and a level below Express. It's mainly daily and party clothes, with lots of dresses, crop tops, skirts, swim suits, and jackets. Their shoes and jewelry looked cheap, so I steered clear. But it's the type of place where you can find gems for sure. Check it out. read more

Dor L Dor... my little secret (but not really secret) boutique. I first fell in love with the NY location. Then I discovered the Hoboken and Summit location and have simply enjoyed the interesting pieces and reasonable prices. If you are looking for the best quality, you won't find it here... however, if your hope is to mix and match your ensemble with something head turning... this is the place. I have purchased everything from sandals, to bodysuits, to sunshades to skirts. Everything fits well (there are changing rooms in every location if need be) and they have sizes from small to x-large. I never walk out of this store empty handed. The buyer for DLD is a genius. Great prices on quality clothing. None of the staff bother you while you browse but are always available to help right away when you need a dressing room or different size. Favorite boutique in all of Hoboken. Oh, and they have another store in Manhattan, in the financial district- do not visit. Don't expect the great experience there that you get at the Hoboken shop. Their city location is disorganized and dirty. Anyway, DLD in Hoboken is top notch for twenty to thirty something females! Great party, casual and work wear. Love love love read more

Dor l'Dor has many clothes mall rats will enjoy. The pieces aren't as unique as Bella Ro but they're just as cute and affordable. I actually felt like I was shopping in Santa Monica since so many pretty sundresses were on display. The store is twice as big as Bella Ro and has 3x as much inventory. It's less boutiquey and more like something you'd find at an outdoor mall. I walked away with a lovely knit scarf for 50% off. I think if I needed something special I could definitely find it at Dor l'Dor. It's just nice to know that there are a few clothing store options on Washington Street and Dor l'Dor is one of them. This store is a must on your shopper's agenda. read more

Great small boutique that is great for a last minute outfit! I have purchased a few items and all seem to be good quality for the price! Has a few items that you would find at 'People' for half the cost! I always get tons of compliments from whatever outfit I buy from Dor L' Dor and the staff has always been kind and helpful! Downside, it is small and it doesn't help that some women feel that they need to bring in their baby strollers. Also there are only two dressing rooms so the line tends to get long. read more

I have tried to like this place many times. I have been there 3 times in the last month and never seem to find anything. I went in looking for a dress earlier this week and struggled to find dresses in my size. About 90% of the sale rack is a size large, Dor L'Dor does not carry many smalls. The quality of the clothing is less than that of other boutiques in Hoboken like Bella Ro and the selection is dreary. I would recommend coming here for slips and leggings as they have good prices on these items and it's hard to mess-up a legging. The rest of their clothing is overpriced. The staff is not as friendly as other places in Hoboken. They are not helpful and often look despondent. read more

Randomly discovered this cute boutique while strolling along Washington Street. My friends and I decided to go instead and check it out. Needless to say, we spent some time in there as there so many awesome and affordable finds. My friend left with an entire outfit for less than $50, I believe. Very trendy and up to date fashion trends. The staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to assisting us with outfits and always finding a solution to when the size is not available. What I love about this little Washington Street shop is it's reasonable prices and down-to-earth atmosphere. A lot of places on Washington tend to be high-end or pretentious boutiques - this place is not one of them. There are so many sales people willing to help you and a wide variety of clothes to chose from. They sell jeans, dresses, shoes, shirts, pants, accessories. You can't go wrong. Dor l'Dor has great shirts, skirts, dresses and accessories. Their clothing is fashionable and best of all - reasonably priced! I randomly stumbled in one day and about $150 later, I left with 2 dresses, 2 "for work" shirts, 1 "going out" shirt and 3 solid T's in my bag. I came here three separate times just to buy skirts from here! They're usually $20-$23 full-length and they have a lining inside which is great for the winter. The rest of their stuff I think is pretty average... some unique pieces that you won't see everywhere, but caveat: their prices match that fact. very disappointed especially because I usaully shop here. I bought a pair of sandals about 3 weeks ago and on my way to work after wearing them about 5 times they broke. I call the store to speak to a manager and she was stumbling with her words and trying to explain that she couldn't even exhange them for a new pair. Very sad. I love this place. This place has a lot of fast fashion pieces at reasonable prices. I go here purely for the clothes. The experience itself is another thing. The location is very small and boutique like but its jammed full of merchandise. Its hard to navigate and shop with out saying excuse me and bumping into people accidentally. The the older manager also kept it soo hot it was unbearable! As far as the staff I have the same experiences at all of the locations fair to below fair. They don't seem happy to be there and aren't super friendly. I do have to say though one of the managers let me use my expired $10 reward certificate, so that is a customer service positive. read more
