All the clothes are mid range to high end with everything from Zara to Gucci. All the clothes are like new or slightly worn - no stains or signs of heavy wear. Prices are reasonable and they seem to filter through a lot of clothes. I came two weeks back to back (to make a return and drop off some shoes) and I saw mostly new items I hadn't seen previously. I came in with two large bags of clothes I've worked hard for, and I left feeling completely scammed. The intake process was the first red flag. They took my physical ID just to "write down my name" and promised to call me when they were finished going through my items. 7 PM came and went with zero communication. When I finally walked back in to check on my things, I found out they had been ready for a while. It felt like they never intended to call me at all, almost as if they were hoping I wouldn't show up to claim my belongings. When I got to the counter, the payout was an absolute insult: $5 for what was clearly more than five items. To make matters worse, it was obvious they had cherry-picked my most expensive, high-value clothing out of the bags, but they flat-out refused to show me exactly which pieces they were taking. When I asked for transparency, the staff was incredibly evasive and wouldn't let me see the specific items they had selected to keep. Then came the "donation" scam. They pointed to a line on a paper and told me I had already "agreed" to donate both of my remaining large bags for a measly $0.50. I never gave verbal consent for this, and I had to actually argue with the rude, entitled staff just to get my own property back. The biggest red flag of all? They refused to give me a receipt to keep. They showed me a vague paper to justify their "payout," but they would not let me walk out with a copy for my own records. This is incredibly suspicious it's as if they know their practices are shady and don't want customers having proof of how they operate or what was taken. While I was there, I saw other customers also arguing with the staff over these same tactics. This place treats your hard-earned items like their own property the second you walk in.
