The aisles are narrow. They do gangbuster business seemingly from open til close. Individually weighing and bagging stuff takes time. There's not a lot of room for the checkout line to form without everyone kinda getting squished. And there will always be one person just chatting on their phone in the aisle or not waiting for their partner outside even though they should. If you want a more comfortable, leisurely shopping experience, they also have a location in Ardmore.

We purchased a 4 oz pack of Victorian chai which has floral undertones ($24) and a pack of 2 oz jasmine pearl tea ($14). The jasmine pearl buds are supposed to open up when you infuse it in hot water. (A friend of mine gifted me this from Singapore many years ago and I was happy to have found this again).
