I have put in windows and doors myself back in the early 90s when I was working for a contractor. But it's nice having somebody come in being professional and completing a job in about four hours. The reason I went with Window World instead of Anderson is because Anderson wanted to charge $11,000 whereas Window World price was $3200. My brother in Virginia used Window World and suggested them. Sent him a couple of photos of the door and door handle and he knew exactly what the door was and was able to bring all the necessary parts to fix all of our issues! He came by the next day! Our door is OLD. The tracks were super gross and dirty. Door no longer slides. There's gaps and cracks in the door frame. The lock works but not smoothly. IT'S A MESS OKAY? He fixed it SOOOO quickly without any issues. At my request he even ran out to Home Depot real quick to get a new door handle lock thing to change our crappy one out. Door slides BEAUTIFULLY NOW! He's so reasonably priced I don't even know why I waited this long to fix it. I suffered that stupid door for so long. Just get it done once and be happy going in and out of your home again!
