It is their policy to respond to a call the same day and they have done so every time I have called them. One technician showed up at 7p.m. after he completed all his other appointments and fixed the issue (my call was late in the afternoon) that I had placed. Over the years, they have replaced my springs twice. I called and they replaced my garage door opener system when the one bought with the house gave out. Everyone I met answered my questions, took the time to educate me on how to do maintenance on the springs and how to read and work with the garage door opener. They are efficient, patient, prompt, and professional. Jeff came out on the last visit and replaced the springs a couple of hours after my call even though he was preparing to leave on vacation. He sent a text at 12:15 saying he was 30 minutes out. He got here, took one look at my garage, smiled and said I'm not going to charge you, just move that broom right there. Lo and behold, I move the broom and the door works like normal. He could've made up some excuse and trumped out some bogus charges, but he didn't, he was HONEST and found the humor in the situation.
