After we caught it, they offered three free months of service to make up for it. Then in September, more unexplained billing changes occurred. At that point, we decided to cancel because we no longer trusted the accuracy of their charges. Magic Unicorn told us they would issue a refund -- but they never did. Since then, they've stopped responding to emails and won't answer the phone. Easily the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. Completely unprofessional and dishonest.

The second time they came, he was a day late (without notice), came before 8:00AM on a Saturday (again without notice) and talked on his cell phone the entire time he was in my yard. This woke up me, the family and the dog. And, he missed several spots as C.L. already mentioned. Then, they failed to show up last Friday, no call, nothing. I was so mad after the second visit, I emailed and told them to cancel my services at the end of the month and not charge me again. 5 days later, no response. BTW, they tell you it's $12.50 x 2 visits a week and then prorate this and that in. I had a $20 coupon and still paid $152 for the first month and they have no showed on me once, did a terrible job the other two times. I can pay my kids alot less than that and hold them accountable if they miss any. These guys are unreliable and unprofessional. Do not use them!!!
