He even had to have medication that they also made sure he took. He was given a bath at my request. I think he even had his nails trimmed. When I picked him up, he seemed very happy. They have rooms I think is the hotel rooms for the cats and the grooming area in the back. The reception area have comfortable lounging chairs you can probably sit and wait for your cat along with merchandise items you will probably end up buying if you did stay to wait! Anyway, our cat was able to get her nails trimmed and one of her mats out before she started jumping around and wouldn't let them groom her anymore. We had never gotten her groomed, so I didn't know what she would be like. They didn't charge me for anything they did and just let me know that some cats come in with a calming medication and we could bring her back then. I am very thankful for their expertise and friendliness. I look forward to bringing her back here soon!

We have trained several dogs over the years and were amazed at all the new information and training tips provided.
