The last time I was there, the gal working upfront at the register, seemed really mad for some reason. She scoffed or huffed and rolled her eyes when I would ask for something or ask a question. It just really seemed like she didn't want to be there. This most recent time, I was only given the shampoo and not the conditioner for the self wash that I ordered. Once I started the wash, I realized that one was missing, but couldn't very well leave my wet dog to go ask. I also thought they might've stopped offering conditioner and maybe they just only had shampoo...When I mentioned it at the front desk, there was no apology or offer of a small discount. Instead, the person at the front said "well, if you would have told us, we probably would've given it to you." Not a huge deal, but it just bugged me the way she spoke to me.

Both times I expressed my dissatisfaction after the groom and asked for assistance in fixing the problem. The time at Papillion they offered to groom him at a later date at no cost. I was not able to make it in due to a family move. Next, I took him to the Bennington location and, again, he came out looking like a first day groomer had groomed him. I took him back in today, a week later. The groomer was obviously not happy about having to fix him and said, she didn't have time to bathe him, (that I should have told them I wanted that!) what's more, she didn't really know what more she could do for him. When I asked if she really thought this looked like a dog who had just been groomed a week ago, she defiantly said yes. I was incredulous and tried explaining he was all choppy, he didn't even look like he'd been bathed the last time, nor had his ears been brushed out. The manager tried to be an intermediary, but ultimately took the groomer's side. At which point, I just shook my head and said I'm done and left. I have 4 standard poodles and a multipoo. I think a more courteous congenial attitude toward fixing the problem was in order before losing over $500 every 6 weeks to groom my crew! I was calm, explained what was wrong, and did not get angry. But I was frustrated and stupefied why they couldn't just shape him up and make him look fresh and well groomed. Below are photos from the Papillion location and the Bennington plus a photo of Bijou after a proper grooming. I love supporting small, local businesses. But I can't return here in good faith.

She is impressively good at communicating, and even sent me lots of photos/videos & updates of my baby while I was in the hospital to cheer me up. Price is more than reasonable, quality is better than other places that were much more expensive, and her character and love/care for animals is the best. I will most certainly be going back!! ps. I can totally tell Toby enjoyed his experience getting groomed here as well. The last place I took him, he was terrified coming out of there.. as you can see in this photo, he was sooo happy!

We also scheduled a teeth float only to be told after the vet arrived that it was too hot and they only do floats in the fall. They did refund the farm call charge but only after I complained, and it ended up being a wasted visit as I'd never have scheduled it if I'd l known they wouldn't float her teeth at that time. The final straw is a letter they sent to their clients today and also posted on their FB page that essentially states they have expanded beyond what they can safely handle with their current number of vets and will now prioritize and provide care based on completely non-medical factors such as whether you own a trailer or whether you're a regular source of income for them -- sorry, I mean "existing client". Basically, blackmailing people to spend more money there so you have better chances of getting emergency care for your animal. They're now making their poor business choices our (and our horse's) problem rather than making the simple and obvious choice to hire more vets when you have more clients. I expressed my concern about the policy change and the fact that they don't appear to be hiring more veterinarians (and I was far more polite and restrained than I'm being here) and rather than addressing my concerns professionally, my comment was deleted and I was blocked from their FB page. So, they're now getting a different solution to their problem -- we will no longer do business with Nebraska Equine and will encourage others to find a vet who actually has animal care as their top priority instead of money and convenience. Maybe losing some clients will help relieve NE's evidently overworked vets.

If you are looking for excellent customer service, business hours as posted, emergency after hours assistance, reasonable prices, pass up this business! Save your time, frustration, and stress. They DO NOT answer after hour calls the same day and actually have a voice mail message telling the caller to take their pet to Omaha to the vet hospital there, if it is an emergency! Don't expect to be with your pet if you have lab work done and do not pay for an exam - unbelievable! The reason I called the after hours number was to ask why they were not open when I had arranged with the assistant to pick up pills that day to cover the weekend for a sick animal before 5 p.m. on a Friday night. When I arrived before 5 p.m. the lights were out and the door was locked - posted hours are until 5 p.m. I got a call later the next morning after calling twice Friday evening explaining my frustration and concern for my pet. The vet's husband said he told the staff to go home early, complained that apparently on one appointment they didn't get out on time, and suggested I look for another vet since I apparently wasn't happy. Wouldn't you realize as a business owner why a customer would be frustrated with their business ethics and fix it. If I could put down zero stars, I would. I do want to thank you for helping me realize there still are vets like Dr. Pauli that really do care about your pet, fit your pet into their schedule - even after posted hours on a Saturday, listen and analyze what might be causing your pet's illness, seem to care more about finding out what is wrong then how much time is taken rather or how much will be paid, and have the business ethics of Dr. Pauli's generation. I hope this review is helpful for both the business and potential customers. Customer Service is important to everyone.

I contacted Fidelity K9 for their six week train & board. Our youngest just turned a year old, and we were struggling with getting her to the same level of obedience as our older shepherd. Our older shepherd was having a lot of leash reactivity and high anxiety. Steve reached out to me directly to go over what we wanted out of the program and the problems we were having with them at home. He really went above and beyond for us. As stressful as a cross-country move is, it was so kind of Steve to give us recommendations for places to stay that would take our dogs after they finished training and was incredibly flexible when we needed to postpone drop off because of a hiccup in our move. I could immediately tell that he genuinely cares about his clients. We dropped our dogs off and enjoyed catching their progress videos every week. They were improving and learning so much! I was shocked how well they handled our older dog's leash reactivity. Our youngest is practically a new dog. Our 2 week follow-up got pushed back because of my work schedule. In that time, our dogs were in a single hotel room and were feeling the cramped environment and having some trouble adjusting. We talked to the trainer at our follow-up, and she gave us the best pep talk ever. Since our follow-up, we haven't had any further issues. She made it clear we had lifetime support and to call if we were getting overwhelmed or having trouble with them. Again, everyone here always gave me the impression that they didn't just care about our dogs, but they cared about their people clients, too. We're all moved into our house with 2 well-behaved, great dogs, and I'm so thankful to the trainers at Fidelity K9.

I don't have access to genetic testing and neither do you. I brought my 2 year old German Shepherd in for a private session after the dog growled at my wife when trying to get him inside. Steve said the dog would benefit from a 6 week board and train for $3500. Thinking this was my last option I dropped him off a week later. The busi doesn't give you any updates other than 720p footage of the dog walking with a trainer, or their attempts to play with your dog. After 5 weeks and 3 videos Steve the owner called me saying "were just scratching our heads and don't know what to do with your dog". He said he was moody, and probably just had anxiety. He recommended trying a medication so I called the vet and brought in pills the next day. After 6 weeks I went in and none of the trainers there looked confident in their work, and were still scratching their heads other than saying the dog "had bad genes". They had me sit in the training room and were holding the dog by two leashes, and figured the best way for our dog to see us was to hold the leash and have him approach us with tension on the leash as we sat. The dog growled at us and it was clear he was worse than before. The dog could not come home with us and now I'm out $3500, and a dog. I have no i what I paid for other than making the dog worse and confirming everyone's at the homes fears about the dog. I believe Steve has no idea what's happening at his business and they're not standing by their work. That dog would of done better had be never gone to that the 'board and forget' training program.
