The whole staff has been welcoming, attentive, and kind; the technicians, the front desk, Christina who answers my text messages often. Dr Knott and Dr Jesske have both answered questions for me over the phone too and they are prompt with returning phone calls and very helpful! I feel like everyone I have encountered truly cares about my animals. I admittedly have high expectations for veterinary care and they are knocking it out of the park!

The person in the store, I assume to be Sherrie, became angry when I gave her specifications for the hair cut. Sherrie was very angry, and she was venting her frustration on me. I assume that her anger came from being booked, and she did not want any more clients. In her frustration she told me that she would never service my dogs again, and would call the police if I did not leave. I was 18 years old at the time and was confused why she would act this way towards a young person. Suffering from success I guess.

We never have to stay long in the waiting room and can get right into the treatment room. We've received fantastic care for him over the years and have no plans to go anywhere else. Beside the quality care, I like the fact that they are close (as my dog has aged he is not very tolerant of long car trips) and have a nice area outside for him to do his business before the visit. I also appreciate that they take digital payment, and even now allow payment right in the treatment room.

We have a high strung beagle who just doesn't do well with boarding generally. Unfortunately, our…read moretravels sometimes require that we board her and over the years here in Omaha, we've settled in on Riverside Meadows being our preferred provider for a couple of reasons. First, I just think the owner here cares more about what is happening and is more involved in the day to day operations and how the animals are handled. Second, Daisy (our beagle) just seems to be less traumatized staying here. At another provider, we got sent home with a bed covered in our dogs urine. What this told us is that they were not letting her out enough. That isn't an issue here at Riverside Meadows because they have some indoor/outdoor options where the dog can go in and out. That seems to work better for Daisy. We just feel Daisy is cared for a bit more here. The downside to this place is that they only take cash or check. No credit cards. Also, their entire system of keeping track of their guests and visits is old school paper and pencil. While I appreciate that some people just prefer that, having a computerized system of doing things seems a bit more organized. The last time I came in they couldn't find our "card" with all of our information. It apparently disappeared, though we've been coming here for years now. So, they seem a bit disorganized from that perspective and could use some updating. Overall though, we have been very happy and will continue to be customers. It's way out west but worth the drive.

Your pet children will have walks, play time and even a bath if you wish, before you take them home. I brought my cat in after another veterinarian told me she might have a gum infection. I wanted a second opinion, and I'm so glad I came here. The doctor examined her mouth and immediately recognized that she did, in fact, have a serious gum infection. What really impressed me was that he actually showed me what he was seeing. Most veterinarians simply explain the problem, but he took the time to let me see it with my own eyes. As my cat's owner and "mom," that meant so much to me. It helped me fully understand what she was going through and made me feel included in her care. When I realized how serious the infection was, I felt terrible not knowing how long my baby had been in discomfort. The doctor was incredibly reassuring and compassionate. He also recommended another clinic that could remove the affected teeth as soon as possible at a very affordable cost. I can't say enough good things about this clinic. They genuinely care about your pets and aren't just trying to make as much money as possible. They are professional, honest, compassionate, and truly dedicated to providing the best care.
