We decided on the Turkish bagel (Simit) and the Ginger Lime Cane beverage along with two different kinds of baklava! One walnut and one pistachio. The drink was very refreshing as the only ingredients were lime, ginger root, and pure sugar cane! All pressed in a special machine. It was sweet but that's pure sugar cane for you! The simit was toasted up and tasted like sesame seed goodness! The baklava was delicious and sticky gooeyness. I enjoyed the walnut more than the traditional pistachio. Though it too was yummy!
