Their work was thorough, clean, and efficient. They are now our dryer vent cleaners.

I cannot believe what an incredible job they did on cleaning our roof and gutters! We are underneath many large trees and the roof was full of pine needles and small branches. The gutters were jammed with a few years of needles, branches and pinecones. Salmon Bay came out and literally made our roof and gutters shine like new! There was a lot of debris that they disposed of. The most amazing part was that they FULLY cleaned up the entire area on the ground and hosed the house off as well. When they left there was not one extra pine needle to see! As well, on the invoice they provided before and after photos. I will DEFINITELY hire them for any need that they provide. Excellent company. Thanks Alan!

When I first starting using them 5 years ago they were great. They were reliable, showed up on…read moretime, and got the work done promptly but over the past 2.5 years the service has degraded significantly. They routinely want to reschedule services despite picking dates that work for my schedule. What's worse, once they ask you to reschedule, good luck having the people show up on time or with the needed equipment to complete the job. The past 3-4 times I've used them they show up without the needed ladders to access the roof, with leave blowers that don't work, leave the yard a mess. They also have billing issues where they never send the final invoice and then send you threatening messages about sending you to collections and when you call them to explain you never recieve an invoice, you're told "oh yeah we had a problem with a billing system and none of our customers around that time recieved their invoices. Our bad." Good luck actually speaking to someone at the company. They consistently forward their calls to an answering service who cannot help you. When you finally speak to someone at the company, you get alot of handwavy "they are on their way" types of communication. If google would allow it I would give them zero stars.

Well here I am, leaving a yelp for a service I hadn't thought to use in my 45 years of life. I…read morestarted helping my parents with their rental properties and a friend mentioned I should get the grimy windows cleaned. I procrastinated because I thought I could do it myself..... BIG MISTAKE NO JUST NO. A case of windex and 14 rolls of paper towels ( because who gets a newspaper anymore?) I was cursing myself because I realized I couldn't do the outside of the second story windows and I was making a cloudy mess because these windows were drrrty. So I looked up local window cleaning and was stoked to see these 2 girls who are the" PowerTwins ". I was skeptical when they gave me estimate because they are pretty short and I was wondering how they were going to get the upstairs because I couldn't either. They rolled out this crazy pole thing with a tank and went to workon the upstairs. Then they came into the house and hand did every window.. Seriously, I can't believe that there are people who clean windows without streaks. Not one streak. They did the insides and outside of the house and the difference is INSANE. My parents and the new tenant couldn't believe it , because the tenant thought I painted the walls between her seeing the house and picking up the keys. Pluses- On time, really quick with getting back to me and they are super friendly!!!. I haven't seen many young people work that hard and be in a good mood about it. The price was right, reasonable enough for me to have extra to tip them, I was that happy with the result. Super Pluses- they are twins which is pretty adorable, ( I'm a mother , not a creep) and they used walkie talkies to communicate which struck me as really professional. Cons- they did nothing wrong at all , so I can't even make an excuse why we won't be hiring these ladies again. They didn't even bend a screen. People, I dont even know how to take a screen off a window. They are scheduled to clean my parents 2 other properties and Im think of getting a maintenance plan once they deep clean them- they apparently clean the tracks and we can't wait to see how those houses come out because thd tenants have doggies and I know they are pretty ... well... yeah. This is one of those things one can't live with out once you get it once. Clean windows.... who knew???

We had another company do our windows a couple of years ago and though they were ok, it was the usual method. Also they pulled a screen out of it's frame. But this year again we had PowerTwin do all of our windows and screens. In addition to the usual on the inside of the windows, they use a special super filtered water to rinse the exterior of the windows. We felt the windows stayed cleaner longer as there was absolutely no residue left. My very picky wife said the windows look beautiful. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.
