He parked a dump truck in front of my home the next night. That night someone ran into the dump truck _ minor damage. So the next day Roy was at my home inquiring bout payment because he said "I need to go rent a trailer to haul off your tree debris once it has been cut down" since the dump truck was hit, so I paid him more than half of the quoted price. Roy never rented a trailer and he never came back to complete the job. I had to hire someone else to complete the job we agreed upon. The dump truck was left on my property for 30 days. I kept calling & texting him bout coming back to complete the job he was hired for, he ignored text messages and calls. When 30 days hit, I called Irmo police dept code enforcement to see what I could do regarding the dump truck. They called and text Roy and he still would not respond. So it's been 30 days and the dump truck considered abandoned on my property, so I posted it on FB Marketing for sale. Roy showed up at my house that night same day of my posting and ask that I take it down. I told him if it didn't get moved tonight it would be sold tomorrow.That was the only way I got his attention/response from him by posting the dump truck for sale.
