The dry creek especially came out exactly how I envisioned it--it looks natural and fits the space perfectly. They were reliable and showed up on time, which I really appreciated. Chris is also very easy to work with--he communicates well, listens to what you want, and is extremely patient (which was helpful because I changed my mind a few times along the way ). He genuinely wants you to be happy with the final result. The only downside I experienced was with the initial plant selection on an earlier job. Some of the plants weren't the best fit for the conditions (like sun vs. shade), so I do wish there had been a bit more guidance in that area as well as knowledge of various low maintenance plants that would fit the space better. Additionally, I asked for no roses because I've experienced rose virus before and he installed two. I didn't realize they were roses until later. They are beautiful, but one has already succumbed to the virus. That said, it was a relatively small issue compared to the overall quality of the work. I do recommend researching the space yourself to make sure that the plant selection is accurate. They are on the higher end price-wise, but recently seem to be more competitive, and the quality and professionalism do reflect the cost. Overall, I would definitely recommend Chris and his team, especially for hardscaping projects like dry creek beds and garden walls.

Unfortunately, my experience with this lawn care company was disappointing. The lawn maintenance…read moreitself was mediocre at best. During service, a worker damaged my property, and the issue was only addressed after I reported it. Even then, I had to repeatedly follow up regarding the repairs and when they would actually be completed. I also initially requested mulch installation, but after several appointments where the installation was either not properly scheduled or simply not completed, I ultimately canceled that service. Overall, the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability was extremely frustrating. Poor service, poor communication, and poor customer service. I would not recommend.

I hired this firm to do a simple fencing job that has been done three times by others in the past…read more The owner did not listen to most of my instructions, installed incorrectly sized gates, did not use the material he was supposed to use to install a corner fence, and shorted me on the footage of split rail fence he installed. After he told me to stop sending him delusional e-mails when I told him the incorrectly sized gate wouldn't allow a commercial mower in, I contacted Yelp feedback. Soon after he said he would return and make repairs per contract. What he did was install agate from pressure treated pine rather than the cedar I paid for and used materials from another job on the frame he created because he didn't have a long enough support piece. The warranty gate was so poorly installed I can't even get it to open and close. He refused to replace a post that is badly split all the way down because "that's what posts are supposed to do." Many of the rails used have unsightly bark on them. He said he would take another look at it the replacement gate after being told I was filing a BBB complaint, but I responded that I would need him to honor his written warranty on the items that need to be corrected or not to bother wasting his time or mine. He did not respond to the BBB complaint that included photos and I was notified by Better Business Bureau that although his company is not a member, they have given him a D- rating based on the information and photos I supplied. To add insult to injury the owner told me he would have to trim a few branches out of his way before he began installation. His crew piled them up behind the fence line and it took me 4 hours to haul them to the curb. When returning supposedly to make warranty repairs, he began shouting at me. I have reported his conduct to Yelp, but based on my experience with this company I would not do business with them again.
