They successfully removed a very large oak located too close to the house foundation and septic tank. Recently they removed a large hickory that had died and posed a risk to my culvert and driveway. As always, they handled both jobs well, and even helped me clean up some of the mess left behind by the power company when clearing their right-of-way. As soon as the crew left I called to complain and they said they would be back in two days. Finally on August 23, 2021 I called after hearing nothing. They said they the lifted the canopy to 14-17 feet like on the estimate. I reminded them I asked for 20 feet. I also asked why did they not cut dead limbs. They responded that would be more money. I feel ripped off. Sox and Freeman came to day. I pointed out what had not been trimmed They agreed that there was work to be done. They came back and did a wonderful job. Exactly what I asked for.
