David showed up day 1 with his subcontractor and he showed up again to pick up his check. Worked seemed fine initially looking at the finished product . However, some issues began arising a month or two after completion. We tried contacting David multiple times so he could have his guys come by and fix some issues where the under decking was coming apart. Of course we inquired we left a message because he was at another site but called us back within 30 min. We set up the appt for the estimate and after receiving the estimate we knew immediately this was our guy. We went over the type of fence we wanted and also the designs my wife wanted I thinks it's called the Charleston. What was dope was the old school picture book of previous jobs not pictures in a cell phone. Idk why but that resonated with me lol. The estimate appt concluded with a handshake and both parties agreement not to cancel. This is where the experience became TOP NOTCH. We agreed on a date BUT my sister in law decided to get married lol which was the day work was suppose to start. We reached out to Mr. Allen and let him know what was happening and without hesitation he moved the date and understood. I even offered to send a partial payment to show that we were serious he declined and said he knew we were about business. Once we returned from the wedding the materials were delivered l the Friday prior to the job being started as he said. Monday morning the crew was here to start the job. The job took 2.5 days give or take. Every morning his entire team greeted us with good mornings and causal convo throughout their day. When I had questions throughout the process each member of his crew was able to answer with no hesitation. During the process he noticed the sprinklers were in the way and asked how we wanted to proceed and gave us options we could go with. So as the days progressed he kept both myself and my wife in the loop of what part of the process would be completed what day. The next day they called me from my property- with a great priced compared to others I had called. We scheduled a date for the removal, and they agreed to call me when they got to my property. I was so happy they actually called, as I was out running errands. I got home and they had removed a panel of my privacy fence and take the tree down. The men working in the tree were very polite and professional. When the work was done they cleaned up nicely. They had the tree loaded to take away, and replaced the fence as if nothing had happened. We…read moreobtained several other quotes, but liked his recommendations for our project and his plan in executing our job. His price was comparable to all of our other quotes, but we chose Southeastern Tree Removal because we trusted Jeremy. We were right in our judgement. We had a large, difficult job. We had 60 large pines surrounding our home on a steep hill to be removed. Some of the pines were 70ft high. Jeremy planned the job well, brought in a log truck to remove the logs, used a caterpillar to push the trees in the direction to fall away from the house, used a dump truck to haul off branches and arrived daily to get the job done. He had several other men helping with chainsaws and driving the vehicles. He even trimmed a hardwood tree that was leaning over a street light and managed to cut it down with ropes giving the very heavy large branches a soft landing. We highly recommend Southeastern Tree Removal for big or small jobs. Our job was in a gated neighborhood on a heavily wooded lot.
