I was on my way out of town and told him to get back to me via text or email. NEVER responded. (This actually happened a few years back - I gave up contacting him after a while.). Not very professional - I would never recommend him to anyone. Super unprofessional. If you don't want the project, just be up front. . I don't like to leave negative reviews; however, this unacceptable. Very disappointing as there are very few blind cleaners in the area.

They have not finished a new overhead garage door trim and a panel on the front of the building to be hung . The quality of workmanship ... meh ..50/50 ie covering holes in the underlayment base with tyvek and tape in stead of cutting a patch/plug to fill the hole securely kinda slip shod ignore lots of small things no attention to detail..They charge TOP DOLLAR but really don't deliver they are actually a factory authorized dealer thats the main reason I choose them means nothing..Ive had smaller contractors do a much better job. Would I use them again or recommend . NOT !!!!!! They did call once last minute said they were on their way over to finish with no warning or heads up " we'll be there in 10 minutes" Problem was I was heading not of town and materials were locked up and I dont trust em to be alone had to cancel I had to cancel the appointment . Update So made it thru a winter unfinished and the some of the caulk is starting to separate going to have to be redone. The last contact I had from them was Feb. 4 2026 from the owner saying he was going to check it out to see what the situation was and get back to me. Never happened !!

He is honest, informative patient experienced and in my opiinion was made to be a shade contractor. He is all of those things and more. My wife was loosing her sight and we called his company. We needed some one who was going to help us with our problems and he did muuh more than we expected. He was about half done in our living room whem my wife noticed a bit of light that was bothering her, we did not say anything because he did everything that he said he was going to do. But Kyle over heard us and with a good deal of extra work he changed the installed ones and fimished the job where every thing was completel perfect and never charged us a penny more.
