On numerous occasions I have gone to see Dr. Beckman with very painful back pain, every time I have left the clinic I have felt much better, essentially pain free. The clinic is bright and clean. To top it all, uplifting music is played in the background during treatment, very relaxing. You may have noticed all my reviews to date on Yelp have been 5 star, this is deliberate. Life is too short to focus on that which does not make us happy. This is why I restrict my reviews to those things/places/services that make me happy and appreciate life. Sure, I have been to some really dreadful shops, hotels and restaurants etc., but, like I said, life is too short to spend time thinking and writing about them.

I have been in construction for the last 30 years. I spent 20 years in the field which really pit a stain on my body. I am a very active/athletic guy. I played sports through high school. I ride off-road motorcycles. I also wakeboard and snowboard at a competitive level. My body has taken a beating from all the high impact sports. Over the years i've had many injuries to my back, hips and shoulders. I am currently 47 years old. Over the last five years my back pain and sciatic nerve pain has been extremely bad. On an average day my pain is between 5-7. But over the last six months my pain was constant at about 8 or 9 out of 10. I got to the point were I could hardly stand up straight, I couldn't sleep, I couldn't do my sports anymore because the pain was just unbearable. sitting for long periods of time just made it worse. stretches and exercising wasn't helping. I was ready to talk to my doctor about surgery but first my girlfriend suggested I see Gill at jackson chiropractic. I started treatment and got some relief the very first day, the pain relief lasted a few days. The second treatment the pain relief lasted a week. I could not believe it. I've since had six treatments and my pain level is only at a 2 out of 10 most days. it's absolutely Amazing what Gill has done to fix my lower back and sciatic nerve pain. This guy knows his stuff. His techniques are a combination of many medical disciplines. His knowledge and experience of human anatomy is impressive. But the bottom line is I no longer live with back and sciatic nerve pain. The most sciatic nerve and back pain I have these days is between 1 or 2 out of 10. I am happy to say I'm back doing my sports and working around the yard. I've even been riding motocross for the last month and feel great. Thank you Gill. You have given me my physical health back and I can't thank you enough. I will keep coming back to receive maintenance work.

I've struggled with back issues my entire life, and after seeing countless professionals, no one has been able to provide the relief that Gil has. Beyond his expertise in back pain, what has truly changed my life is his work on my TMJ issues. I've dealt with chronic headaches for as long as I can remember due to TMJ tension, and after trying multiple dentists and different treatments with little success, I finally found relief with Gil. After just four sessions of TMJ work, my headaches are almost completely gone! Gil is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also compassionate and thorough in his approach. If you're struggling with chronic pain--whether it's back-related or TMJ-related--I highly recommend seeing him. He has made an incredible difference in my life, and I am beyond grateful! Caroline in the front office is absolutely amazing too. She is so sweet and will always do her best to accommodate your schedule.

The office staff was very welcoming during my first visit. By the fourth session, he performed cupping therapy, which resulted in a painful red ring and blistering on my shoulder and upper chest. When I informed him, Dr. Huang said it was the first time he had seen such a reaction. Unfortunately, I've been left with pain, visible marks, and disappointment and a costly experience.
