I have been in construction for the last 30 years. I spent 20 years in the field which really pit a stain on my body. I am a very active/athletic guy. I played sports through high school. I ride off-road motorcycles. I also wakeboard and snowboard at a competitive level. My body has taken a beating from all the high impact sports. Over the years i've had many injuries to my back, hips and shoulders. I am currently 47 years old. Over the last five years my back pain and sciatic nerve pain has been extremely bad. On an average day my pain is between 5-7. But over the last six months my pain was constant at about 8 or 9 out of 10. I got to the point were I could hardly stand up straight, I couldn't sleep, I couldn't do my sports anymore because the pain was just unbearable. sitting for long periods of time just made it worse. stretches and exercising wasn't helping.
