I went there today to order a latte. I just had finished a coffee. The clerk said I needed to…read morewash my cup if I wanted to be served. I washed it in the bathroom (tacky) and on my return I mentioned again that I have never had to do this at a Starbucks before. She proceeded to tell me that it was a new policy. Again, I mentioned that I have never had to do this before and that I order daily from other Starbucks' locations. She then said I was rude and she would not serve me. I asked her name and she refused to give it to me (I thought it was a Starbucks' policy to wear a name badge?). She roughly slid my cup back to me and reiterated that she refused to give me her name. I stated I would be contacting corporate to complain. Another clerk spoke the name "Ruth". I thanked that clerk and left the store. Not impressed. I will not be using that Starbucks' location again!!!
