She takes her time with patients and listens to all concerns. She will not rush you out of her office. She has a lot of experience dealing with insurance issues, like social security and workmans comp. However, I am now a patient of Dr MUDUNURI for several years and she as well is a very Best. Dr Chopra their Pulmonary Specialist and Dr. Henjum their Cardiologist are amazingly knowledgeable and extremely Excellent doctors as, well ! Their ability to communicate and informative ways of addressing issues are extremely exceptional. They have been very effective in educating and encouraging me of what I need to do, to keep myself healthy and strengthen my own progress for personal development.. Honestly, I started with Marshall Medical when, I was younger and , am now a senior and definitely deeply grateful for the exceptional care I have had over the years. These doctors have been my primary's but honestly, I can genuinely speak the best of several doctors there, that have strengthened my life. Not to forget the support staff as, well! Warning *****Warning******Warning…read more I recently hurt my knee and was taken to the ER. They put me in a full leg brace and told me I would need rehab or surgery. They also told me to follow up with Marshall Family Medicine, where my Primary Care Physician works. When I spoke to the office I told them My knee cap was in the wrong place and I needed their help, (this was not as painful as you would think, just very unstable and swollen) They told me they could bot see me for two months. Think if you are caring for elderly or children and they fall or are sick. Is two months acceptable? But they sure were nice!! In short, this is a great place unless you need medical care.

Dr. Barrios and her entire staff are nothing short of amazing. Our son had Plyoric Stenosis and Dr. Barrios identified the condition and referred us to the best pediatric surgeon on the planet. The entire office remembers our son by name. They are all kind, professional and go above and beyond to make you comfortable, welcomed and confident that your child is in great hands. The office staff agreed to see our son when we didn't have his medical number, they handled everything graciously and made it obvious that their genuine priority was providing care for our child. We are beyond impressed and would highly recommend Dr. Barrios office to anyone considering a pediatric doctor in the area.

I am a weekly infusion patient who is been very sick for approximately a week. My daughter came down with a Staph G infection, so my immediate concern having a primary immune disorder was, I hope being around her the day before doesn't get me sick. I did not have a sore throat or her symptoms. I am a patient who spends quite a bit of time in the hospital. I have been profusely sweating, severe migraine, also the beginning of lung pain, horrible fatigue,etc. I never go to the hospital if possible, do to both germs and literally always being admitted. I also get chronic bronchitis, and pneumonia. I wouldn't have drug myself in three layers of clothing with sweats freezing unless I knew for sure what what infection was coming. As always, the staff is fantastic, the N.,P should have stayed in bed. She did not listen to my lungs. I am so angry with the poor practitioner care I just called her. I stated also, as a health care professional, where was her mask, response, I don't wear one. Everyone in the office but her had a mask on, even a toddler in the waiting room. I told her she just saw a patient with a rare primary immune disease who lives on infusions of donor plasma, and immunoglobulins. Still she didn't put on a mask. It's impossible to hear anyone's lungs with four layers of clothing on, nursing 1A! She did not tell me what she was calling in. On the way out I had to ask the receptionist what was called in. I looked at her and said what, she nodded and asked me if that was okay. I said, I'm sure I'll be back then, I didn't have the energy to deal with that woman in person, hence the call. If she was having a bad day, she should have said that, I would have understood, we probably may have laughed a bit saying, don't you hate working when you're having a bad day. I told her to call my immunologist. Needless to say, if you have a N.P. named Kathryn, be ready, just make sure you . Otherwise, as usual, for the third time I want to reiterate, I will remain a patient if I have any U.C.needs. Sorry, had to make sure if they see this woman here in Cameron Park, stand up for yourself.Back to bed.

They did not cancel the lab orders even though I told them to cancel everything when I walked out. I had to have the lab override his order in order to send to my OB and my new family doctor. Now it came down to the annual check-up appointment that I found out they billed me for the annual check-up even though Kelada only checked my breathing and my stomach which costed me $280 that my insurance already paid. I have to call benefits to clarify the whole situation. I will NOT recommend this doctor. Bottom-line: if you lost your passion to respect and help people, just retired.
