When I arrived, the clerk refused to accept the package and claimed they don't ship FedEx at all. This directly contradicts what's listed online and ended up wasting my time going out of my way to come here. If this location no longer accepts FedEx drop-offs, that needs to be clearly communicated and updated online. Otherwise, customers are being misled. Very frustrating experience.

Thank Heaven for hidden neighborhood gems. I called ahead to make sure they could help me get some…read morepackages out for Christmas, and the nice young man on the phone said they could and that he could help me pack the boxes, too. I got there shortly after with my two wild kids in tow, but the young man to whom I'd spoken earlier, Hasan, was very nice and understanding. One week to the day before Christmas, I'd given up, in this year of COVID, on the idea of getting my packages to their destinations in time for Christmas Day on my budget, and with my car still buried from the snowstorm, I knew I wanted not to have to dig it out. Buzz Copies hit the sweet spot for convenience AND SERVICE. Hasan was great and very, very helpful getting my packages prepared. I'll be back, for sure.

I was told they would be ready on a Wednesday. I paid for the tee-shirts in full and I requested to leave my name and phone number which I was asked to write on the back of a sheet of printer paper. On Wednesday I called to make sure the shirts were ready, they were NOT! When I asked why I wasn't called to let me know why my order (that was paid in full )was not ready I got nothing. I was giving a bunch of excesses. I asked to be compensated for my time and I was given the run around. When I called on Thursday, to make sure my shirts were ready, I was once again given an attitude. After a brief argument, the employee stated that I had two choices to either refund my entire order $200.00 or I take a 40.00 gift card to their store. I had asked for a refund for one shirt to compensate my time. When I went to pick up the shirts the manager was no where to be found. I was not given the gift card or even an apology. This place lacks real professionalism. If you're looking to order custom tee-shirts I suggest you go somewhere else.
