We had him come out today to unclog our kitchen sink again. In spite of it being just past the 30 day guaranty, he offered to honor it as he knew I was about to go back to school and funds were tight. Adair Plumbing has always been great and we highly recommend them to our fellow Lancaster residents.

I spoke with Erik, the Drain Man, early in the morning and he came out on the same day to address a…read morepretty serious clog. Our drains had produced this black oily sludge which Erik explained was the aftermath of years of oil and soap. It was truly a stressful mess. Early that morning, we actually had another plumber who used a traditional drain auger to attempt clearing the drain, but it did not work. Erik used a hydrojet that easily eliminated the black ooze. Afterwards, he used a camera to probe the inner guts of the drain to insure everything was clear. Erik is truly a professional and I will definitely have him back again to maintain these old cast iron drains. On top of that, his pricing is fair and reasonable. I recommend the Drain Man for all your clogged drain needs.

In all of our contacts they were very courteous, professional, and timely. In his initial visit, Larry Soria, reviewed our situation, gave us options to consider and explained the cost for each. We couldn't be more pleased and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.-RWB 17Mar2021

I've been doing business with this company for several years, he has installed two units for me and…read moreservice. I have even referred him to other friends. But it appears over the last couple of years customer service has somewhat fallen off. I gave a friend his number last year and he never returned his call. I also tried reaching him recently myself and he didn't respond within 24hrs. I get that it's a busy time of the season but clients at least deserve a return phone call in a timely manner to say if he can or cannot do the job. Businesses need to realize that old customers are even more valuable than new ones because they keep giving referrals. I wish him the best but I will look elsewhere for servicing of my units going forward because it's not only the service it's also the customer care after the sale that is important.
