One of them damaged my picnic table and took down my clothesline. They tried to do this behind my back, hoping I would not notice. They also left nails in my driveway where I park my car. The real problem came to light when it rained. Water poured off of my roof near my houses Rear side porch. I immediately texted Dean Pinto from DZEN and complained about the rain runoff. He wanted me to send him photos, but I refused. My attitude was that he had an obligation to me to assess the problem in person. I also criticized his workers, which seems to have offended him. He defended them in his text reply to me. His defense of his so called employees is what set me on the warpath. Since it was winter by this time I decided to wait to resolve this fiasco when the weather improved. In the meantime I was looking at some older photos of my house and discovered why rain was pouring off of my roof. It seems there used to be a rain diverter installed on the roof above the rear side porch. It wasn't visible from my yard, you had to go out on the sidewalk and almost stand in front of my neighbors house to see it. Not replacing the rain diverter was not an honest mistake. At the very least it was willfull misconduct. Did Dean Pinto know about this? The truth will probably never be known. I informed Dean Pinto via text abot the missing rain diverter. I also told him not to reply to my text because I would delete his message without even reading it. I also told him he could explain to my lawyer why the rain diverter was not replaced. There are more complaints I have about the workmanship this company did, but we don't have all day. I also would have given DZEN a one star review, but I couldn't change the rating. I also included an old photo of my house with the rain diverter. If you can pan the photo to the right and enlarge it, the rain diverter is visible.

When they did that it was incorrectly replaced back to the original placement. When they came back, they dented the pipe that connects the woodstove to the ceiling. This has been in my family home for decades. They also left the area around the woodstove a complete mess from the debris that fell out. It's all over. They are pure garbage and completely unprofessional. A Company is typically a representation of the owners or family. Complete trash they are.
