Definitely go with the laffa bread for the wrap. Their plates are solid too. I personally love their shawarma both the beef and chicken are fire but the beef is superior. Their portions are unreal, they are consistently unreal in how much they serve you. I appreciate this particular location as they have more than enough seating, they are generously staffed with plenty of cooks, hosts, bus boys, etc. this is a well oiled machine. There are clean restrooms available and even a sink in the hallway in case you just need to wash your hands. My experience here was truly elite, for that I couldn't recommend this restaurant enough. They have a huge shared private parking lot. There are many solid businesses in this plaza, so be sure to check out Im idan med spa, Rasputin, Core Power Yoga, a gorgeous hair salon in the back and so much more. Solid assortment of businesses not to mention, across the street there are a grip of businesses too. You could literally get everything done here. The chicken shawarma plate (~$26) was delicious and so was the schnitzel pita (~$20). I usually don't love falafel but I got theirs to try and it wasn't dry and had a lot of flavor. The one thing I didn't personally like was the eggplant, but I usually don't like that vegetable anyway. Great quick Mediterranean option!

The service was impeccable. The food came very quickly and I had absolutely no complaints about the quality of the chicken and the beautiful crispiness of the fries as well. I prefer pita sandwiches that are cut open and stuffed, rather than rolled up like a burrito the way they do here; the latter compresses everything together into a mush and can drip the contents out the back end, which is exactly what happened when I tried eating this one. This would matter less if the felafel were really good, but these were almost completely tasteless and mushy, no nice crisp exterior. In fact, they were falling apart as I was eating. The hummus was okay. Not bad, but nothing special. And the pita bread they included with it was cold, not warm and fresh. Maybe there are other items on the menu that justify the five star reviews. But the felafel and hummus certainly do not, and I'm not sure I'd want to experiment further.

However, after I arrived, I was informed that they actually didn't have either item. It was frustrating to make the trip based on incorrect information. To make matters worse, our waiter, who was an older Hispanic man, was rude and dismissive throughout the visit. Instead of trying to help or apologizing for the misinformation, he made the experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Good customer service starts with accurate communication and treating guests with respect, and unfortunately this restaurant fell short on both. I hope the restaurant improves its communication with customers and provides better customer service in the future, but based on my experience, I don't plan on returning.

Three of them have two chairs each, while the others have 4 chairs. The menu is laminated and comes with numerous mediterranean dishes, and yes, there are kabobs. I chose the beef lule kabob entree, that comes with two minced kabobs, rice, grilled tomato, jalapeno and a very small cucumber tomato salad, some hummus too, all plated together. I also ordered their thick yoghurt with shallots to accompany the menu item. The Kabobs were grilled to order, could have used more flavor and were slightly overcooked. Overall, the components blended harmoniously. What stood out was their pita bread, grilled just right and so pillow soft on the inside. That with the yoghurt was absolutely divine. There was also a starter that came with the dish. I chose the lentil soup over the salad. Wow, an excellent selection. The perfect temperature, a nice mix of spices, warm aroma, enticing flavor and tongue feel. This introduction may have surpassed the rest that was to follow. I would go there specially to get the lentil soup alone, to go. Service here was high class, attentive and friendly. Definitely, worth a repeat visit.

I've had this popular dessert that is more moist, warm, and sweet, but the version here is hard and not too flavorful. It was as if the kataifi dough was over hardened. I had to use a knife to cut it (didn't get an extra knife so I used my dinner knife) and it wasn't easy to cut. It's also a bit absurd that this cost $13, too. I also never got my glass of water until my plate was out, and even though I was the only customer, the waitress wasn't around other than to take my order.

Brick walls, a few portraits and some jazz music make up the little ambiance. The kitchen is easily visible as well. Overall it has a cozy friendly setting with a low key, comfortable, unpretentious vibe. There is a shared small parking lot besides any street parking. The menu features a nice selection with Lebanese classics included. I have yet to expand on my choices really but plan to. I've been continuously ordering the chicken and beef shawarmas which are both excellent in taste and portion; both are served with rice, hummus and salad. The house pickled items served on the table are a treat and add to the tastes. Prices on somethings seem a little high but otherwise are fine.
