Brent and Nicole of Done-Rite Auto Glass did an amazing job of replacing my 2018 Chevy Equinox windshield. I contacted them Monday and had a response with minutes. Safelite quoted me $450 with lifetime warranty plus an additional $30 for them to come to me. Brent and Nicole only charged me $230 for the same. Their service is also convenient. You don't have to drive to a shop, they come to you. Just set an appointment time and they're they early if not right on time at not extra cost. On top of that, they replaced my windshield within 40 minutes or so. I'd highly recommend Done-Rite Auto Glass to anyone looking for a great deal on windshield replacement. read more

So with my time off this week I've been getting a few things done on my list of to-dos. The weather has put a damper on a few items, but it's allowed room for other tasks to get done. One was my windshield. Sitting at Phó Saigon on Mason Rd in Katy, yesterday, I did a quick google search that gave me the "top 10 windshield replacement options" via Yelp. Sent a quick message through Yelp to the top 10 and Done-Rite Auto Glass came up on top. Best response time and the most affordable. Brent and Nicole Primm, during the cold snap mind you, came up from Alvin, I think. Phone read Alvin, Tx they work out of Richmond, Tx their Yelp profile says Sugarland, Tx and the paper receipt says Needville, Tx. -LOL- With all that said they were a very nice couple, got the job done in 30 minutes at my apartment, and payed via square app; $166.25 after tax. This is for the aftermarket windshield, for my Jeep Wrangler. OEM has about a $50-100 mark-up depend on who you talk to (Jeep Wrangler owners will know what I'm talking about). So, I would like to give a shout out to anyone that needs their windshield replaced to consider this nice couple. read more

Well, sunday afternoon some dingdong broke my back window of my subaru forester. Noone was open sunday, so monday morning we started calling around. Safelite, our past option, quoted us 294 for the back drivers side rear sliding window. Affordable auto glass (recommended by a friend) quoted us 153, but we had to go to hillcroft, and my friend did say she waited quite a few hours there. Well, done rite answered our call, and within a few hours was at our door with their mobile repair truck (w lots of other glass pieces on it), and cleaned up and replaced the glass super quick. Bonus, nicole had in the car the cutest little puppy pomeranian ever!!! For 166.25, their service was quick, neat, polite. Im going to recommend them to ALL my coworkers for sure. What a nice ending to a very annoying issue. Thank you Brent and Nicole! read more

I needed the windshield replaced on my 2012 F-150. Mr. Dealer told me "Those usually come in at around $550" and wanted me to leave the truck with them for a day. My local repair shop recommended Done-Rite Auto Glass, and after reading their great reviews, I called Brent & Nicole. They quoted me just about half of the dealer price, came to my house promptly at the appointed time, and did a superb job. I believe in supporting small and local businesses. My 2019 Ram 1500 had a huge Crack in center due to a walnut sized rock. Was in a time crunch due to inspection sticker running out at month end. Had tried all over to no avail trying to find a windshield. Was referred to Done Rite Auto Glass by my Ram dealer and not only could they get a windshield and do it the next day but they were also the best price. Awesome experience with Done Rite. Two very friendly people I had the pleasure giving my business too. They communicated (via Yelp messages which was very helpful as it is hard for me to be on the phone due to work schedule) me during the whole process of determining who I wanted to use to replace my windshield from start to finish and happy I used them. They transferred my tag, parking sticker, and toll tag as well. They were quick and completed the job in the time frame they estimated for me. Just wanted to say that my experience with Done-Rite was great. I had to work with them on time for Brent and Nicole to come by my house but that was not an issue. They were very professional, courteous, and honest. The for them to replace my windshield was very reasonable and it only took about an hour. My car windshield had been replaced at a dealership in Dallas before I bought it last year and every time it rained the passenger floorboard would get wet. I knew the windshield had not been installed properly and that was why it was leaking so I scheduled an appointment with Nicole at Done-Rite. She gave me a time frame and kept me updated on their arrival time the day of. Brent put a piece of trim on the bottom of the windshield that was left off by the previous installer and made sure the cowl was secured to the trim. He even replaced a couple of screws that were missing. They did an excellent job and I haven't had any issues with water leaks since they installed the new windshield. I will definitely call them again if I ever need another windshield replaced! read more

I needed glass replaced in two of my vehicles this week. After calling several shops Done rite gave me the best quote and even gave a discount for multiple vehicles. Nicole was cery professional and called me back in a very timely manner. She gave me timelines which she adherred to and completed the job even in the freezing weather. They came to my house and did the job "rite". We had a rainy day a day after the wiindshield was installed and no leakes noted. I was in town for work and had my truck broken into. I was in a pinch and thought I was going to have to drive 4hrs home in the rain with a trash bag over my back window. Brent & Nicole had my window replaced on the same day when I was told by 3 other auto glass places that it would be next day at best. They even vacuumed out as much water as possible. (It rained in the truck overnight.) I would not use anyone else if I ever have auto glass needs in this area ever again. read more
