Gerold was able to successfully sell our home within the short time frame we gave him, and for $100K over our asking price! If that doesn't deserve five stars (or more in fact), then I don't know what does?! We started the process of selling our home at the end of April 2023 as we were planning on moving across country to Texas at the end of June. The house was in rough shape when we started. We needed to fill the hole in our backyard where our pool sat, the inside of the house desperately needed painting, we needed some landscaping done, etc etc. Gerold was able to connect us with every type of service/maintenance person we needed. It was so impressive! It was a real pleasure working with Georld. We would recommend him to anyone that is looking to sell their home!

His assessment of the market, detail-oriented, and methodical data-based research led to him creating a marketing plan to get our house in front of the right type of buyer. Even though we were selling at a bad time, he helped us close on a deal we were ecstatic about. If you're looking to sell a house, he's definitely the person you want to call. As first-time home buyers, my husband and I had a lot of questions and uncertainties. Danny went above and beyond by offering a free Zoom workshop to walk us through the home buying process in detail. The session was so informative and really helped ease our anxieties. He was also very accommodating when I had a scheduling conflict and happily adjusted the meeting time to fit our needs. After that, it was an easy decision to sign with Danny as our realtor. He never made us feel like any of our questions were silly, and he was always very responsive and easy to reach. He found so many listings that were great options for us and our budget, and he never pressured us or tried to upsell us on homes that weren't a good fit. Throughout the process, he was proactive and thoughtful--for example, he personally contacted the HOA in our community when other contacts weren't responding, ensuring we got the information we needed. Danny was also a great negotiator--he was able to get us credit from the sellers for work that needed to be done on the home, which we really appreciated. He helped us with recommendations for inspections, including electrical and HVAC, which made us feel so much more confident in our purchase. He even suggested a great local loan company that helped make the financing process smooth and effortless. Thanks to Danny's guidance and organization, we were able to make an offer and close within a month, which was extremely fast for us. He also did multiple walkthroughs with us, and on his own, to make sure the house stayed in the same condition as when we first saw it. He is a hardworking, dedicated, and genuinely caring realtor. On top of all that, he's simply an easy person to talk to and made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. I can't praise him enough for everything he did for us. We were truly shocked and thrilled with the outcome. What impressed us most was not only her deep knowledge of both single-family and manufactured homes (as well as her background on the lending side), but also her level of care and dedication. Since we live in Virginia, we couldn't be there in person, but she handled every detail in California as if it were her own home. She even went out of her way to water the lawn herself when it started to dry out--who does that? That kind of personal commitment is rare and speaks volumes about her character and work ethic. Her marketing strategy was spot on--she created incredible buzz around the open house, brought in a ton of traffic, and generated multiple offers. All of the paperwork was seamless and stress-free through DocuSign, which made the process easy even from across the country. If you're looking for a realtor who combines expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for her clients, Kelly Hunt is the one. She exceeded every expectation we had, and we would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

My son, who is now 23, grew up there, and when it came time to sell my empty nest, I called Jim again.
