Deserves 10 stars! Kelly was absolutely indispensable when helping us sell our family home.My brother recommended her since he had worked with her before, and I am so thankful that he did. I did not have any experience or knowledge in real estate transactions, Kelly walked me through every step of the way. Incredibly patient in explaining the process so I could make an informed decision, giving her opinions of what would yield the best offers while staying within our budget. Her resources seem endless. Contractors, specialists for window replacement, foundation repair, landscaping, flooring, staging and much more are all at her fingertips. Great communicator, always kind, understanding and encouraging when I was overwhelmed. When it came time to purchase my mobile home, Kelly is the only realtor I even considered! read more

We had the absolute best experience working with Kelly Hunt. She recently helped us sell my mom's manufactured home in San Jose, and the results were beyond anything we could have imagined--she got us over $100,000 above asking price on a home that needed quite a bit of work. We were truly shocked and thrilled with the outcome. What impressed us most was not only her deep knowledge of both single-family and manufactured homes (as well as her background on the lending side), but also her level of care and dedication. Since we live in Virginia, we couldn't be there in person, but she handled every detail in California as if it were her own home. She even went out of her way to water the lawn herself when it started to dry out--who does that? That kind of personal commitment is rare and speaks volumes about her character and work ethic. Her marketing strategy was spot on--she created incredible buzz around the open house, brought in a ton of traffic, and generated multiple offers. All of the paperwork was seamless and stress-free through DocuSign, which made the process easy even from across the country. If you're looking for a realtor who combines expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for her clients, Kelly Hunt is the one. She exceeded every expectation we had, and we would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. read more

Kelly Review Over the years, Virginia and I have partnered with Kelly on a few homes as buyers and sellers. We keep coming back to her for many reasons. Her depth of knowledge on the properties as well as the buy/ sell process is quite detailed and extensive. Kelly always had our best interests in mind as a top priority. She navigated us through the somewhat stressful process with the utmost professionalism. Her response time on issues was immediate with fast resolution. Above all, her integrity has always been without question. Those looking to buy/ sell their property or just needing consultations on the residential real estate landscape can trust Kelly to help them through the process. read more

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Kelly Hunt and team to purchase our first home. We highly recommend her. She was helpful during house tours and pointed out defects that we may have missed. She also walk us through the disclosure packets on properties we were interested in. Most importantly she was incredibly valuable during the stressful bidding war and gave us advice. Once our offer was accepted she answered our questions about legal documents and worked with our financial institution to make sure everything was in order. The pending process ran smoothly and we finished everything on schedule with her help. We never felt pressured to buy a home. We started looking last year and after searching for a few months we ended up not buying at that time. She patiently waited until we reached out the next summer. She was easy to contact with any questions through out the entire process. Even after purchasing the home, she has been a valuable resource as we asked her for a recommendation on a locksmith for rekeying, a company to complete asbestos testing, and even coming to the home to check out a smell in the entry way. Kelly is a professional in every way. read more

In the past two years, my family has worked with Kelly on five real estate transactions (on both the buyer and seller sides). There's a reason we keep coming back for more! Kelly has always provided us with the utmost in customer service, and has always had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. Kelly has a wealth of expertise regarding all aspects of the real estate transaction cycle. She makes the process appear seamless, all while handling the many details with care and precision. It's no wonder she was awarded SCCAOR's 2021 Realtor of the Year, and is a 2023 REAL Awards recipient for her achievements and leadership. These awards don't happen by chance. She is one hard working realtor that will give you her best, always. Kelly's helpfulness doesn't end with the close of escrow. She's been there for me well after the ink dries, and has gone above and beyond to make sure I have all the information, answers, and reassurance I needed to feel confident in my decisions regarding my new home. She's willing to talk about all aspects of home ownership, and is able to refer you to her list of trusted businesses for home improvements. Kelly is amazing! We live out of state and travel extensively, but needed to list and sell our unit. We talked with Kelly over the phone, met once in person, and had several meetings over Zoom. She made recommendations about what needed to be done to get top dollar for our unit. She has a team of people, from handymen, to painters, to flooring, plumbing, and staging contractors who completed all the work necessary. When the offers came rolling in, she helped us to choose the one that fit our needs best. Our unit sold for the highest price that any floorplan like ours had in that complex to date. There was one other unit like ours that was listed earlier than ours and at a higher price. They had to lower their price and then unlisted their unit as ours was garnering attention and getting offers. Kelly and her team made the whole process so easy, and we were so pleased to get such a good offer. We highly recommend Kelly Hunt and her team. They're so knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. We felt like we were in very good hands throughout the entire process. read more

Kelly is our go to real estate agent! I recommended her for the sale of my parents home in Milpitas. As soon as I connected them, she immediately took action with care and helping my parents every step of the way. She is so knowledgeable with her many years of experience. We give Kelly Hunt our highest recommendation as a real estate agent. We have now used her twice to buy houses and once to sell a house and she is fantastic. As a seller Kelly's many years of experience give her an understanding as to what can make a house sell or not. Her suggestions for improvements made our 40 year old house look new and modern. We were able to get top dollar due to Kelly's guidance. When we were ready to buy, Kelly again shined. She spent plenty of time with us, learning what we needed and only showing us houses that fit our criteria. She seemed to know what we needed better than we did! If you are wondering about all the rules, regulations and paperwork, again Kelly is an expert. She guided us through all red tape with what seemed to be ease, her massive amount of experience making it all seem so easy. She was patient with us when we wanted to hold out for the right price when selling. She has great referrals for cleaners, inspectors, HVAC, you name it! WOW! We were very impressed with Kelly. My brother, sister and I sold our mom's house with Kelly from 3 different states! Kelly, has set the bar very high for realtors! It is very rare when you find someone who has a problem solver mindset, who is self motivated, honest with a high level of integrity, who hustles with such tenacity, takes an interest in the house AND it's sellers, with great attention to detail, understands the market with a super network of connections and has a rock star personality! Kelly was incredible in helping us buy our first home. On our first day with her she sat us down for a few hours and explained the process, the market, set our expectations, and let us ask her anything we were concerned about. She's extremely knowledgeable and honest. After that we would meet on weekends (sometimes weekdays) to look at homes. We would pick homes from her MLS listing site, and she would meet us with printouts of all the homes for us to take notes on. She'd walk us through the homes, pointing out various things new home-buyers just don't know about. Kelly was always patient with all our questions. She's also very accommodating with scheduling - I know she had other clients, but it sure didn't feel like it. She was always available! Once we found the right home, Kelly was great in setting up inspections, sorting out forms, and keeping the process moving. She never missed a step when problems came up either. It's all part of the process and she was always ready with a solution. Kelly is hip, knowledgeable, youthful, friendly, and great company when you're driving around looking at homes together. If you're a young couple looking for a new home, you will not be disappointed! People say home-buying is a difficult process, but with Kelly on your side it sure doesn't feel that way! read more

There will not be enough words allowed here to describe how happy we are with Kelly. She helped us find our first home almost 2 years ago and in our refinance recently. Because she also knows the finance side, she helps us understand because it's almost a black box to us. And myself, I'm the inquisitive one who likes to understand as much as possible to be an informed buyer as much as possible. She is very patient and understanding of our needs (and our limitations). Everything is fully disclosed in the process even on areas we don't ask (and there were many as new buyers like us are in an unfamiliar territory). She makes sure you understand what is going one. She is extremely professional and dependable. From the moment we started working with her, we knew we didn't need to go anywhere else. I highly recommend her to all colleagues and friends who are even just thinking about purchasing a home. And I'd be more than glad to talk to her potential clients as a referral. read more

She also has a great working relationship with a variety of contractors and skilled trades people so she can choose the best possible person to do any job that needs to be done. We met Kelly Hunt through a recommendation from our mortgage adviser. Kelly helped guide us step-by-step through the home buying process in a fun, friendly and professional way. We saw a house online during a holiday weekend and Kelly interrupted her vacation and quickly went into action to get us in to see it. She negotiated a great price and ensured that both parties were happy throughout. I have used Kelly's real estate and loan brokerage services as one of my team members for multiple deals all over the past ten plus years now and from my experience you will not find a more effective professional to work with. I would not consider any deal without her. What you will get from Kelly is what she promises and everyone knows that is nearly impossible to find. She dots the i's and crosses the t's the first time around so if the deal falls apart you can rest assured that it was not from your team. I have also had the pleasure to recommend Kelly to many friends and colleagues over the years and not once have I not been rewarded by praise for doing so from those friends and colleagues. The one way to know who is for real or not is by looking at their past and present performance - Kelly has never let us down. If you have chosen to work without her then I wish you good luck because you will need it and probably a lot more money. Do yourself and favor and work with the best from the start and in the end you will save yourself and lot of headaches and a lot more money. Thank you, Kelly! Keep up the great work. read more

Thanks Kelly! We had to move ASAP for a medical reason, and it wasn't easy to sell-and-buy at same time. With Kelly's hard work, we were able to move out and move in to a new location smoothly. Kelly Hunt sold our house last summer for 2015 . We won't be using her again or would even refer our friends or family to her. She didn't not listen to my significant others needs.
