CJ helped us purchase our second home, and this experience was completely different from our first. This time, it wasn't a simple family home in a popular city like San Jose -- we were considering a major lifestyle shift, moving from city life to a more rural ranch property. It felt overwhelming, and honestly, we almost didn't go through with it. From the very beginning -- from the casual "let's just go see it" moment to writing our first offer (which we truly didn't think would be accepted) -- CJ guided us every step of the way. We genuinely believe we would not have bought this house if it weren't for her support, confidence, and steady guidance. CJ felt less like a realtor and more like a trusted family member. She understood how big this transition was and even connected us with people she knew in the area who could share firsthand insight about moving from city life to the countryside. That made a huge emotional difference for us. We also ended up buying a home that was a bit older and dated, and we weren't confident navigating the renovations it needed. Even after closing -- when she didn't have to -- CJ went above and beyond by connecting us with reliable contacts who could help with repairs and updates. That level of care and follow-through truly sets her apart. We still stay in touch, and whenever life brings us our next home -- whenever and wherever that may be -- CJ will be the first person we call. We couldn't recommend her more highly. read more

Having worked with CJ in San Jose since 2009, we didn't hesitate to ask for her help in 2019 with an investment property in the Sierras. Her extensive market research and attention to detail were exceptional, especially since it was a new market for her. Five years after she helped us find the perfect property, she flawlessly managed every step of the selling process, from strategic pricing to closing. CJ provides true white-glove service, handling everything behind the scenes to ensure a seamless experience. We highly recommend her. read more

CJ Brasiel - Real Estate Agents Near Me - San Jose, California

CJ is an exceptional realtor and rental agent who has provided great support throughout the home-buying process. Her expertise ranged from helping us look for a home in a great neighborhood to negotiating the offer and finally getting the keys to our new home. When we started looking for a home to buy, we were undecided about whether the south or east bay would be the best location for us.  As CJ knows every zip code in the Bay Area, it became easier for us to look for homes in any place in the area. CJ assisted us with house painting and other move-in tasks. We feel so lucky to have found her! It's all thanks to her that we were able to find our dream home in the Bay Area. If you want a smooth house-hunting process, CJ is the best person to approach. She takes care of almost everything related to the house! read more

CJ is an absolute pro at what she does! We did not live locally while selling our home and CJ made it an incredibly easy process! She proactively oversaw general maintenance of the home, arranged and facilitated improvements to the home, helped get the pool in tip top shape, staged the home, took videos of issues and improvements and sent them to us, held open houses, kept us up to date on communications with other realtors, brought us offers and gave us guidance on acceptance, resulting in a sale over asking! She even sent us the mail from the home! She truly goes above and beyond. And as someone who has had multiple realtors (from prior sales/ purchases in a different area), CJ truly is above the norm. WAY above. I cannot recommend her enough and hope we get to work with again. read more

There are a ton of real estate agents to choose from, but I am so glad that I chose CJ to work with. It took me nearly a whole year to finally find my home which took a lot of patience but it was easier to have someone on my side that was helping me every step of the way and really pulling for me to get my first home. She really went above and beyond all expectations in making offers on homes that I liked. Even though a lot of the deals were not accepted, she offered great insight on the whole process. She also really knows which neighborhoods are safe and was usually accurate on pricing a home. She really is a valuable resource as an agent. What I thought was most special about her was that she never gave up on trying to find me a home. I didn't have the biggest budget, and at times when I thought about giving up, she would be so positive and reassuring. She really didn't give up when i was ready to stop. Having someone like that in your corner is definitely valuable when the home buying process can be long and full of heartbreak when you don't get that dream home you made an offer on. All in all, I really couldn't have done it without her, and I wouldn't have wanted to do it with anyone else but her. Highly recommended if you are looking to buy or sell a home in the South Bay. And, as a bonus, she throws an awesome Halloween party that you would be lucky to be invited to. read more

Cutting to the chase . . . there are real estate agents and then there is CJ. We could not have been happier by selecting her as our realtor. She truly knows what she is doing and deserves every star we are giving her in this review. Navigating the process of selling our home was made SO much easier because we chose CJ to represent us. Selling (or purchasing) a home is not an easy task but selecting the right agent is hands-down one of the most important decisions you can make. High pressure tactics are not how CJ handles things. She knows the market and her expertise is worth every penny. Buying/selling a home is such a huge moment in ones life and it most certainly comes with stresses and frustrations. These factors were all overcome and handled perfectly with the assistance of CJ. My parents are retired real estate agents and completely agree that she provided an outstanding level of service; from start to finish. She is one of those rare agents who honestly stands out from the crowd. It might sound cliché to say that she went "above and beyond" however, she truly did. Following her lead brought us to a point that we only dreamed of. If CJ is on your list of agents to work with - do yourself a favor and go with her. Take the chance that we did. We could not have been happier with our transaction and will always be grateful for all she did to represent us as sellers. Reflecting on things . . . would we have chosen to do anything differently? Not at all. This is a well-deserved 5-star review. read more

Where do I begin. I can't say enough to express how much we loved working with CJ while buying our forever home. CJ helped us buy our condo back in 2015 and helped us overcome many hurdles thrown at us by our mortgage company at the last minute. When we were looking to move into a house, we knew there was no one else we wanted to work with. This time around, we went to CJ first. We learned that CJ is the one stop shop of home buying. She recommended an amazing mortgage specialist which made the process so much smoother this time around. When it came to inspections and other reports, she knew exactly who to call to get things fixed properly the first time. And when it came to selling our condo, she knew exactly how to stage it and market it to where it sold within a week with 4 other lists up in the complex at the same time! CJ goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are the only client she is working with. She helps in any way she can to make the process as pain free as possible. Please look no further if you are looking for a respectable agent for buying or selling. read more

Can't say enough good things about CJ. We felt like we were always in the best hands. She is always prompt with her replies and demonstrates a lot of knowledge about the Bay Area real estate down to structural things about buildings. Even while we were away from vacation for a month, she kept on looking for places for us and communicated constantly to the point that we felt we were slacking off. 10/10 would hire again to look for homes. Or even sell one. read more

My husband and I were very happy to work with CJ. She helped us find the perfect home for us! A little time passed and we had to move from California and once again CJ helped us, but this time it was with the sale of our house. We can only praise CJ and his team for the commitment and attention they have given us throughout this time. She was always ready to answer any and all of our (many!) questions and helped us through the purchase process through to closing (and beyond!) and today with the sale. Also, during this time of COVID, she has always taken the necessary care and precautions, providing us with all the protective gear for home visits and extra care, even after the pandemic has stabilized. read more

I am at a loss for words when describing how wonderful an experience it has been to work with CJ Brasiel. I didn't truly understand how hard a real estate agent can work for you until purchasing a single family home in San Jose this past year. This particular translation was a difficult one, due to many issues on the seller side, and CJ helped us through the entire process and safeguarded our interests, even when they might have conflicted with her own (short-term ones). She is patient, extremely knowledgeable, always accessible, and will fight like hell to get you what you want. If I could award 100 stars out of 100, I would. A mere 99 would not be enough. read more

Who sells a house during a pandemic and keeps clients safe??? CJ! Seriously, the best in the business. We first met CJ 8 yrs ago when selling our home in SJ and buying in MH. She is by far the hardest worker I've met. Stayed on top of all inspections, appraisals etc to ensure we were protected and informed moving into a home with well and septic which we didn't have any experience with. Fast forward 8 yrs, moving out of the area to Auburn. Easy decision to call CJ once again. She listened to our wishes (we don't do open houses) and worked her tail off to get our home sold within a week after SIP. In the interim, she helped our son buy a home, our parents sell their home of 50 yrs, my sister in law sell, and our cousin. Seriously, do yourself a favor during what could be a stressful process and call CJ! read more

CJ has been absolutely amazing in our home search and selling our house. She helped us find our dream house during this pandemic. She was very helpful and showed us many homes in our wide search area until we found the right home. She was always available to see homes on a short notice, a requirement in our competitive market. Once it came time to move she went above and beyond by providing moving boxes, arranging for cleaning of our new home and getting painters in to do touchup before we moved in. Overall her service was amazing. CJ also connected us with a couple of different mortgage brokers to help with arranging financing. The broker we went with has been working with CJ for years and was also amazing on the loan process and making the loan process easy and getting us an amazing rate. When it came to selling our home, she arranged for staging, photos, 3D tours all in a very short time period. She sold our home in 5 days for over asking! The selling process was easier than I thought. Even though this is a stressful process, she made it that much easier for us. She was there for all the showings, and there were quite a few. This made us a lot more comfortable to know that someone we trust was in our home during the showings. read more

My husband and I saw a house we loved on Zillow, requested a showing, and were connected with CJ. We had not really been planning on buying a house at this time and had never been through the process before. We really feel like we lucked out with this random pairing, because less than a week later we put an offer on that house and a month later we moved into our new house! CJ is a true professional and helped us through every step of the home buying process. We were truly novices and her expertise in real estate and contracting was invaluable. CJ answered or got answers to every question we had, no matter when we sent them. We really felt like CJ had our best interests at heart and was honest with us through the entire process. We would definitely recommend CJ's services to anyone looking to buy a home! read more

CJ is, in a word, AMAZING. She took my husband and I through the incredibly difficult home buying process and actually made it a lot easier. During the search, she used her knowledge to show us possible places where we might be looking at repairs, but let us make the decisions on what was right for us. She also coached us on how to behave at open houses and on how to make our offer letters memorable. Finally, when our offer was accepted (thanks to her), she acted as my therapist when I called her day and night during the subsequent escrow and title transfer period, full of nerves and questions. Our house had a break in the day before we were due to move in and she had someone out there to fix the damage before I could even see it. I also love that she doesn't work for some huge impersonal agency because she made us feel like we were the most important thing to her, instead of just another sale. She knows the area and the local market very well. I would gladly recommend her to anyone and everyone who is looking to purchase a home or property. She is the very best. read more

CJ helped my husband and I purchase our first home. As first time home buyers, we were uncertain of how the whole process worked, but CJ helped talk us through every step without making us feel like we were incompetent. We loved how willing she was to work at a pace that was comfortable for us. CJ really helped smooth over some issues that we had with our lender as well. She helped us keep the line of communication open with the lender when my husband and I were too busy with work to be able to do it ourselves. I would highly recommend CJ to anyone looking to buy or sell in the San Jose area. read more

If only I could give more stars... We started working with CJ in 2012 when we were looking for a home in San Jose. Her insight to neighborhoods, what to look for in homes, the market, and the overall process of buying made what is usually a stressful transaction seamless. While I know she had more clients than me, it never felt that way with the amount of attention and follow through we received. It's a small thing, but every year around the holidays, we always received a gracious 'Happy Holidays' package from CJ. It's nice to know that she forms relationships with her clients. Fast forward to now (December 2015)... My family and I are relocating to Seattle. Any guess on who we thought of as soon as we decided to put our house on the market? All I can say is wow...just wow! Prepping the house with three kids and four animals seemed like a daunting task. CJ referred us to a great stager and with their combined suggestions, we put a plan in place and the house looked fabulous. I almost didn't want to move. We listed right around Thanksgiving, so I didn't expect a lot of traffic. House went on the market on a Friday. We accepted an offer Tuesday night. Above asking price. I give full credit to CJ. Here's the bottom line. If you want to buy/sell a house and actually make it an enjoyable process, call CJ. She will treat you like royalty. read more

Look no further because CJ is the perfect real estate agent! I wish I could give her more than five stars because she is really amazing. CJ is a wonderfully kind, caring, and compassionate person. She had some wonderful ideas of low cost ways to get our home ready to hit the market. CJ recently sold my childhood home that I was born and raised in. My parents were the original owners and my mom had lived there for 62 years. After my mom's passing, it was very emotionally difficult for me to sell her home. I'm so grateful that CJ was there. She understood the emotions tied into the home, really put me at ease, and even checked-in with me to see if I was ready for the house to hit MLS. CJ's knowledge of real estate is amazing and once she listed the house, I knew I had nothing to worry about as it was in her hands. That really took a lot of the stress away. CJ got the house sold with multiple offers. I can't recommend CJ highly enough! She is wonderful! read more

Use CJ as your real estate agent!!!. She was my real estate agent over the Summer. I had a pretty strict set of requirements -- detached home in a fairly specific area, and I had under a million to spend on it. Very difficult in California, especially in the current market. CJ worked with me all summer, visiting at least a couple dozen homes with me, until we finally found one that I was able to win the bidding on. I love my new home, and there is no way I could have done it without CJ. CJ has tons of experience and knowledge of the area and of homes in general. I learned so much by touring houses with her. She helped make sure my bids were viable, but not overpays. CJ was tireless in trying to find me a home, even going to some houses and making youtube videos for me when I could not make it due to schedule conflicts. CJ was also responsive, getting back to my texts or emails almost unfailingly within an hour or two. And her help didn't end at document signing -- she has helped set me up with a series of trustworthy and talented workers to help fix up the home I bought. Her network of excellent people is a tremendous resource. CJ is an amazing person and an amazing realtor, and I can not recommend her highly enough. read more

I cannot say enough good things about CJ. Buying a home is a daunting, overwhelming task, and the most important thing you can do is get a real estate agent that understands this. If you are looking for an agent that will take the time to get to know you, and what you are really looking for CJ is that person. I cannot stress how much smoother CJ made our first home purchase easier. She is well informed, knowledgable, and there for you when you have even the slightest concern. She will go to bat for you on issues, and see them through to completion. Her knowledge of the area, and background really help when you have questions regarding any property you are looking at. We hired CJ for our first home purchase in one of the busiest markets in the nation. She helped is move through the process seamlessly. Short Story: Do you want to feel like you're the one and only client? Do you want to feel super special? If yes, hire this woman! Long Story: CJ helped my husband and I purchase our first home back in 2011. She held our hand and took us through several houses meeting our budget and needs. Once we found the "perfect" house she was quick, attentive, and thorough. She has a great team of professionals in her posse: we met Lou the inspector, Guy the concrete man, etc. (I know. It sounds like an episode of Sesame Street) She has knowledge in contracting and can help give you perspective when looking at houses that might need improvements. She even had a window replaced for us as a one of our house warming gifts! Fast forward 5 years, we sold our cute and adorable 1st home that CJ had closed for us and purchased a larger, beautiful home. Wow! Buying and selling at the same time is madness! CJ is there for you whenever you need her day or night. This time in her posse we met Lou the inspector again, Karen the stager, Jorge the gardener, Kelley the painter, and Mike the photographer. All great people! CJ is an honest to good person, you can not find a better person to help you through this process! read more

We hired CJ as our realtor in 2014. She helped us sell our current home and then buy a new one in Mountain View, CA. The challenge with this process was that there wasn't much time once we sold our home to then turn around and buy a new one in a hot neighborhood where homes were going $+++ above listing. CJ came to us as a referral from a family friend, and we were VERY glad we put our trust in her hands. 1st and foremost, CJ cared about our family. It was not just a transaction to her. She was there from the beginning, when we had to prep our home for sale, to the end of the process when we closed on our new home at the title company, and even afterwards when we had to do some fix-ups to the new home. We appreciated that CJ listened to our needs---what we needed out of our current home, what we needed out of our new home: commute, school system, size, etc...and of course, executing on a timeline. CJ was very patient, and supportive. She will go as fast or as slow as you need. CJ was very responsive. We were always able to reach her when we needed to talk. CJ provided us with very sound advice during the entire process, backed by detailed data from various sources. On the home sale, we felt that we not only got an excellent price but also excellent terms---i.e. CJ managed to get us ample rent back to give us the necessary time to buy a new home. CJ worked behind the scene with the seller agents so that when we got the 1st offer, it was the right offer and no back and forth was necessary. In fact, we didn't even have a weekend open house. Likewise, on the home buying process, CJ worked tireless to preview homes for us. She even did some video walk-thru so we can have a quick look remotely, even before those houses were publicly available. CJ also did a great job of representing us during the offer process when there were multiple bids, and prices were escalating. Lastly, imagine staying at a 5-star hotel in the penthouse suite. It's like that with CJ. She will make sure you are taken care of. And her real estate fees are very competitive, compared to other agents in the bay area, particularly those from the big-named firms. Bottom line, you won't go wrong if you pick CJ. Buying/selling a home is a very stressful process and you want a pro in your corner. Good luck with your real estate experience. read more

Can I give her a 10+ !! I don't even know where to begin..The word Exceptional is not good enough to describe CJ as not only a realtor, but person. I have bought 8 properties in my 63 years and I have had good realtors and bad and everywhere in between, but, in all my experience I have never worked with a realtor quite like CJ. She had a listing in our neighborhood, which sold at a record high for our area, so I contacted her on a whim. I was not referred by anyone so I took a chance, which is not something I normally do. From the moment we met her we were impressed. She took her time with us and went over everything we needed to know. She was not pushy to get our business. It took us about 5 minutes to decide she was the realtor for us. We not only gave her our home to sell, but our secondary investment property at the same time... from that point on, all I can say is WOW. Every single piece of the real estate process was handled with professionalism and perfection. CJ made sure everything went smoothly. There was never a time when I called her, that I felt rushed or as if I were bothering her. I was usually able to get her on the phone right away, but in the event she had to call me back, it was quickly. She was personally at every inspection, every open house, every showing and with us at the title company. We were in Great Hands every step of the way. I'm going to add something that not everyone would care about, but we sure did, we have a little dog.. and everyone knows how stressful that is when you have the house on the market. You know there are going to be showings when you are not home, etc., well, CJ always made sure Cookie was taken outside on a leash for showings, and always made sure she had food and water before she left.. One day, when she knew we had been gone all day, she even stuck around for a while and played with Cookie so she'd feel loved. Now, how many realtors do that..NOT MANY.. I want you to know that I highly recommend CJ to be your realtor, you won't be disappointed, you will be pleasantly amazed! We have made a friend for life. Words like; honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, full service, ethical and caring are only a few ways I could describe her. I'm only sorry I'm done purchasing properties in my "old age", because I would love the pleasure of working with her again. Do yourself a favor, start with CJ, you'll be glad you did. We chose CJ to help us purchase a home in San Jose based on research and other Yelp reviews, and from the get-go were very impressed with her knowledge, problem-solving, and tenacity on our behalf. During the sale, we ran into several unforeseen stumbling blocks, and for each one CJ had a game plan and positive attitude throughout. CJ brought strategy and advice to us as we put together our bid to the seller, and was very accessible throughout the process. Later on, we had an appraisal come in very low and had to find a new loan and appraisal, CJ was of course there to recommend a loan officer with a quick turnaround and competitive rates. Following her advice resulted in purchasing the home for a lower amount than we originally offered with a similar rate to our original loan (instead of the seller putting the home back on the market, which was very close to happening). She was also instrumental in smoothing out the deal and making sure we were able to see it through. Her accessibility, expertise, and amiable personality all helped make the madness that is purchasing a home that much more tolerable. Thanks CJ! I would recommend CJ to anyone searching for a home in the Bay Area who wants a realtor that is accessible, experienced, creative, and supportive. Good Luck! read more

We were amazed by CJ's dedication to helping us find a home in Campbell. We moved here from another state in April 2013 and were daunted by the Bay Area real estate market. Although CJ had other clients while she was working with us, we felt as if we were her only clients. The personal attention was above and beyond what we'd experienced with other agents in the past. CJ quickly responded to our text messages, emails, and phone calls. She educated us on the current market trends to help us establish realistic expectations. She also spent time with us to learn about our lifestyle, housing needs, and budget. By showing us a variety of properties, we were able to articulate our desires to her. CJ moved very quickly on preparing offers and conducted her own research on properties when disclosures were delayed from other agents. For example, we made an offer on a property where the selling agent could not obtain the HOA disclosures in a timely manner. On her own volition, CJ discovered that the HOA had recently filed a lawsuit against the builder. The selling agent was not aware of this important issue. Thanks to CJ's extra efforts we were able to withdraw our offer and avoid being embroiled in a lengthy lawsuit. CJ always had other properties for us to tour. She moved very quickly and kept us in the game. She found a listing for a townhouse that had just come on the market on a Thursday and sent us the link to view the photos. We liked it so she immediately called the selling agent and arranged a tour for us on Friday. We loved it! However, the owner wanted to hold an open house that weekend and was not accepting offers. On Sunday, CJ called the selling agent and persuaded him and his client to meet with her that evening to present our offer. They took the meeting and accepted the offer. Also, CJ worked tirelessly to resolve any inspection and appraisal issues. She quickly tackled every issue and found effective solutions. She continuously maintained a great working relationship with the seller and their agent during the entire process. CJ has a solid reputation in the industry. We heard nothing but good things about her professionalism from selling agents that we met at open houses. CJ was the primary reason we were able to purchase a home in Campbell. We can't imagine anyone else going the extra mile, every day, as she did for us. We highly recommend CJ. You can contact her at CJ@TalkToCJ.com or reach her at 408-406-6035. read more

We were very fortunate to have CJ as our realtor. She was absolutely terrific to work with, and really went out her way to always be there to offer invaluable advice and answer our questions. This was our first time buying a home, so the whole process was overwhelming at times. But, with her experience and expertise, CJ was able to help guide us through the whole process. We really appreciated that she listened and was able to tailor the open houses that we visited to our needs, wants, and dislikes. She was always informative of every house that we visited, and was able to point out and comment on certain aspects and details of the house that we may need to take into consideration. CJ also helped us to find a lender, and together we were able to get all the paperworks done and sign the closing documents within a very short amount of time. CJ was there with us every step of the way, working tirelessly and always making sure that everything proceeded along smoothly. She also brought in various contractors and inspectors and provided us with various resources to help make repairs and fix any problems that we did or may encounter. CJ helped my wife and I purchase a home this summer. I cannot say enough good things about CJ and the job she did! This was our first home purchase and so there were many unknowns for us. Even from the start we were not exactly sure what was best for us, and she was so patient and such a big help with figuring out what kind of place we wanted to get. She has such a great eye and an unbelievable amount of knowledge. When we expressed interest in some of the properties we saw, CJ was very fast at gathering all the information on the property and providing us with all the information we needed to determine if we wanted to try to make an offer. When we found the house we thought was right for us, CJ moved very quickly in preparing an offer for us. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted, and we could not be happier! At every step of the way, CJ was very helpful and surpassed our expectations. For example after our purchase and rent back ended there were a few maintenance/cleaning issues that popped up. She helped us get things taken care of right away, and everything was all set by the time we moved in. If you are looking for someone to find you a new home, I would strongly recommend CJ. She is the best, and you would be in great hands! read more

My partner and I first met with CJ at a local coffee shop to see if we would be a good fit. We were really impressed with CJ's experience and knowledge base, but most importantly, we noticed that she really listened to both of us. Because we have different styles of communication, it can be easy for people to choose one or the other of us. She did not do this, and both of us left feeling like she understood our needs. CJ worked really hard for us. Her home base is San Jose, and we spent a good amount of time looking in San Jose. We also had decided that we wanted to look in Boulder Creek/Felton, and she actually did some research in that area to better serve us. There were a few trips up some tricky winding roads that we still laugh about. She is very smart, and is able to talk about structural elements of foundations and roofs in addition to style and design. We did not find the same was true of other agents that we talked to! She was open to our multiple changes of mind and kept the faith, even when we were getting frustrated. The house we eventually found and bought was a probate sale. CJ called the seller's agent, who found out that she had probate experience and gave us an edge in the sale. She was able to represent us beautifully and the sale went through without a hitch. Not only that, she continued to help us out with recommendations and support for several months after the sale. My mom is not easy to impress, but after one meeting with CJ she told me that CJ is a gem. I'm very much inclined to agree. We are so very grateful for her, and we wholeheartedly recommend her, without any reservations. read more

We bought a home last year, and our real estate agent was CJ Brasiel (CJ@cjbrealestate.com, 408-406-6035) of Fireside realty. As first time home buyers, we had little knowledge of houses and the real estate business. But CJ guided us through the whole process, and it was very reassuring to have her by our side. We were initially looking for condos only. CJ suggested that we consider single family homes too. We did and ended up buying a single family home. Now one year later, with a young baby, we are so glad that we took CJ's advice. Below I have listed the things we loved about CJ. It is a long list, but each item on the list was helpful to us as homebuyers. - She is knowledgeable about the real estate in the south bay. She knows most neighborhoods and their pros and cons. - She is experienced in the home buying process, especially short sales. We got a short sale, and she actually helped the seller's agent get a quick approval. Our short sale was approved in just 40 days. - She knows a lot about homes. When we were visiting houses, she was able to give us valuable feedback about the condition of the house, as well as quick estimates for any repairs or modifications. - She was patient in helping us find a house we liked. We visited more than 80 houses! - Her estimates for sale prices were good. Our offer was not accepted for 3 houses, because we bid lower than what she suggested. If we had taken her advice, our offers would have been very close to the actual sale price. - She worked hard for us. She previewed houses for us and was prompt in contacting sellers's agents. After we were in contract, she took care of everything (inspections, working with the seller's agent on the short sale, scheduling contractors to get estimates for repairs, working with the mortgage broker) till the deal was closed. When we had some issues with the sellers, she made sure that our interests were protected. - She was prompt in getting back to us (always within a day) when we contacted her. - She has many contacts in the real estate/services sector, and most of her recommendations for contractors/mortgage brokers etc. were good. - After we closed on the house, she got her cleaning lady to come and clean out the home for us! read more
