Food was good not amazing but good. Service was good not amazing but good. Nothing to complain about but I was really disappointed by the visual appearance of my food and drink. I was expecting a little nicer presentation. Nothing was terrible but I wouldn't go out of my way to go back. I went out of my way to go because they advertised seafood. I would suggest to come here if your in the area. Lots of parking but nothing out of the ordinary that stands out.

Man I wish we wouldn't have waited SO long to try Don Lechos!! First off they are taking covid seriously and masks are required and seating is limited. They were super friendly while I placed my order over the phone and the food was ready quickly. We got a bean and cheese burrito, cause picky kids, #11 Chile verde plate which comes with rice and beans, 2 hard chicken tacos and a fried ice cream for dessert. Everything was $36 and super great prices!! The food was hot and fresh when we got home. There was sides of iceberg lettuce which was all fresh and green, pico de Gallo, sour cream and also salsas. The bean and cheese burrito was what you would expect. Just plain good! It was huge and enough for 2 kids, beany and cheesey lol. The Chile verde is what hubs was craving and said it was delicious. I taste tested and it was fab with a little spice served with flour tortillas. The hard chicken tacos had plenty of delicious chicken with lettuce and tomato with cheese and sides of sour cream, lettuce and salsa. Lastly, the fried ice cream. You can never go wrong with a delicious ball of cold vanilla ice cream fried to perfection. It was served with strawberry and a side of whip cream. Hit the spot for sure!! Overall, this is a nice authentic Mexican food place and I felt right at home there. The service was so friendly and welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh and the prices are great! Just a matter of time before we are back and hopefully will be dining in soon as well!

The food was amazing. The service was amazing too. The ambiance felt cheerful with the music. The location, I think, is a little far from other restaurants nearby.

Family owned and operated restaurant. On a Sunday afternoon, restaurant was moderately busy. Seevice was friendly. There are various specials throughout the week. Plenty of parking is available. Extensive menu. There was everything I could crave and much more. Complementary chips and salsa provided. My husband ordered the carne asada burrito. Burrito was packed with meat and avocado. There is the option to get the burrito wet / enchilada style, for an extra fee. A flavorful burrito. It did have a lot of tortilla folded into it. I opted for the carne asada fries. Fries were cooked with a crispness to the edges. They maintained this crispness until the end. Meat was overcooked; almost jerky like in parts. They had clearly cooked the meat, then it got cooked again when it was fired with the cheese. The nacho fries themselves were enjoyable.

They totally ripped me off for the very last time! Bud Light on happy hour is $2.99 on the brand new menu. But really they are $3.99 on happy hour. $4.99 regular price. The server had to call the owner to authorize the $2.99 price even though that's what the flip'n menu says. This whole ordeal cost us about a half an hour. We're a 5+ year customer that's never going back. Oh ya, it's $1.99 for a thimble full of extra cheese. Give me a break!!!!

Great food, friendly atmosphere, casual, no rush. I'm comfortable eating alone here, no judgement about taking up someone else's space.

Put your name in at reception and you were taken back usually after a small weight. We didn't have to wait yesterday. The servers are really friendly and checked on a frequently refilling hubs soda a few times without him having to ask. Our waitress also brought us an extra bowl of spicy salsa because she saw we had eaten all of it. Just brought us another basket of hot and chips. On our first visit, I got enchiladas and instead of rice and on the side I decided to choose their potatoes. The potatoes are so delicious. I love them, and I will look forward to these again when we return. Today we ordered: - Coke - Diet Coke (no Coke Zero here) - NACHOS GRANDE - Tortilla chips, cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, jalapeños. Choose seasoned ground beef, slow-roasted chicken or refried beans, or for an extra dollar, substitute fire-grilled steak or chicken fajita. I chose the chicken fajita protein topping. I ordered this for an entrée, but it would be a really good appetizer for 3 to 6 people. It's almost like cheese crisps, halved, with lots of melted cheese and a small amount of meat on each tortilla half. In the center there are toppings. I enjoyed the pickled jalapeños because they weren't extra hot. This hit my comfort food spot. I wasn't able to eat the whole thing so it was so big, but it was exactly what I was looking for. - THE GRANDE COMBINATION - Beef, chicken, cheese enchiladas, cheese chile relleno, tamale, crispy beef taco, guacamole. This combination is HUGE! Even the plate is grande. Absorbed this, and I think his eyes were larger than his stomach. He filled up on the beans and the rice, the chile relleno, and the taco. He got to take three enchiladas and a tamale for dinner the next night. A very nice tasty plate. Complementary chips and three types of salsa are brought to the table. Of the salsas, one is a red sauce that is mild, one is a pineapple tomatillo, and one is a spicier red salsa. The chips are nice and fresh and thin and brought to the table warm. Men's and women's restroom near the entrance for customers.

The restaurant was about half-full and bustling brightly indoors and on the deep shaded wrap-around patio. Our server, Branden, was one of the best servers we've ever had! Attentive and polite, even reading off the entire menu and describing highlights to hubs, who'd never been before. We were seated immediately at a booth table and brought complimentary chips and salsa. These are good fresh, thin chips and smoky mild-hot tasty salsa. Branden brought us a second round of chips and salsa as well. We ordered: - Coca-Cola fountain drink - Coke Zero fountain drink - SHORT RIB MACHACA ENCHILADAS 5/5 - Highly recommend - caramelized peppers & onions, yellow cheese, ancho chile sauce, cilantro. Served with sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, rice, & choice of beans. Classic enchilada sauce like how I remember, delicious tender shredded marinated short rib inside. - CARNE ASADA FAJITAS 4/5 (sweet soy salsa verde) served with blistered peppers, charred onions, jack cheese, guacamole, salsa fresca, sour cream, choice of beans & tortillas. Hubs said these were good. He did want rice with his meal so he ended up taking my rice which I didn't want. As you can see in the pics, the tortillas are scratch made in-house as well as the sauces and sides. Bar seating, booth and table, and patio seating available. Upon arriving and being greeted we waited an inordinate amount of time to be seated. Chips and salsa were delivered to a large table but we were never told that was our table. Most of us had blended House Margaritas. They came in a beer glass which also was peculiar, but the Margarita was good. The menu leaned toward seafood, which frankly I wouldn't order here. I chose the Carne Asada dinner which came with the usual beans, rice, cheese, large grilled pepper, etc., and I got flour tortillas with it The meat was quite good and the meal as one would expect in this type of Mexican food restaurant. Portions were large. The service was fine. I wouldn't call it overly friendly. Overall the food was good, typical run of the mill fare, yet overall the experience was nothing special.
