I drove in without an appointment in late August after having been rear-ended in my SUV. Coincidentally, my husband was away for a week and I had no one else to help me decide one repair shop over another and I did not want to make my husband concerned because he was on a much-deserved trip! So I was trying to navigate this on my own. Barb met me with a smile and was extremely sympathetic and understanding of my plight. She called Steve to come out and look at my car and he immediately said it should not be driven and I wasn't safe in it, so they took over as my ADVOCATES and fought all the battles on my behalf. Wow, am I ever glad I went there instead of somewhere else! They explained, briefly and completely, all my options and MOST IMPORTANTLY, all my legal rights! They are experts at how the insurance systems work and they know what they can and cannot do legally. I was completely taken care of! They got me a rental car which was delivered right to the shop and I was able to drive home from there without any problems and didn't pay a PENNY to the rental agency because they knew how to deal with the insurance company of the person who hit me. They stayed in touch with me and we worked out all the issues as time went on, even though they ended up having to keep my old car, which was declared to be totaled, on their lot for over 2 months until the insurance stuff was all figured out. The whole experience was so positive, warm, and supportive that I would recommend their business to anyone and everyone who needs them! I can't say enough about their high abilities, concern for their customers, and unstinting kindness and helpfulness! Thank you, Crawford's!!!

The whole crew made the process feel smooth and well organized, which really took a lot of stress off me. I want to give a special shout-out to Ian, the Customer Service Manager. The extreme cold weather slowed down the paint process, but he and the team did everything they could to stay on schedule and get my car back to me as promised. I truly appreciate that effort. They also noticed an issue with my tire and brought it to my attention, making sure I understood the safety concern. They even helped me find a discounted replacement tire to bring the cost down. That meant a lot to me. It felt like they were looking out for me, not just trying to make extra bucks. Communication was great as well. I received regular updates, so I always knew what was going on. While they're busy, they have a shop cat to keep you company while you're waiting. They also allowed me to pay them over the phone because they saw that I had been a frequent visitor over the last couple of months, and I didn't have my credit card with me when my window broke. They definitely didn't have to do that but did--what a customer courtesy! They also gave me a water while waiting because I had just come from a long run. What more can you ask for! This is one of a handful of small businesses in the area that I actually feel comfortable at. I drive out of my way to get gas here to support them. You should come and see for yourself and hopefully do the same. These guys picked up where Tom and Nick left off--courteous, honest, and hard-working. I have already been to them numerous times for gas, oil changes, inspections, repairs--all of which were handled with care. Chris, with whom I spoken on a number of , is professional and positive, something that makes the experience of going here more pleasant.
