They literally bring a cart to your table and make the salsa right in front of you! It doesn't get fresher than that, and it was hands down one of the best salsas I've ever had. We ordered the Molcajete Zapata, and it was incredible. The flavor was amazing, and the portion was huge--more than enough for two people to share.
