Definitely a cool place to take the kids to kill an hour or two. For younger kids they have a kinderstudio for them to run around and do some hands on activities in. There is even a mic and drums on stage for pretend play. I thought it was neat. Kind of looked like a fun day care area. There are some neat and interesting displays and hands on stuff for kids to check out and mess with. The kids enjoyed it and a lot of fun. There is also a playground on the west side of the center to take the kids to burn off some energy.

This museum was rated well. I was very excited to go with my kids, but when we got there it cost us $27. That's with my veteran discount and one free 2 year old. Half of the interactive exhibits we're broken. There were a lot of older children and teenagers running around being rowdy and violent. The overall idea of the place was nice, but the lack of upkeep and the admission is the reason for my 2 star rating.

    Grossology it's fun

We checked out the grossology exhibit kids had a blast. They still showing the same movie as always in the theater. I love this place it's great to see the kids interact with all the exhibits.

Play area designed for 7 and under.

Took our two year old son. He had a blast. A few exhibits were broken but all and all for the price it's worth a visit.

They have moved and the climbing portion of this is tiny - one climbing wall, one bouldering wall. I'm not the best climber but I enjoy it and have my own gear. Walking in there as both not a child or professional climber with my own stuff, it was incredibly awkward. The staff guy was pretty uncomfortable too. He gave us the "tour" and didn't mention any restrictions on belaying and saw the ATC in my hand but when we went to top rope he came over and scolded us about not having asked him and getting approved as if I was supposed to know. Then he mentioned that "plenty of their climbers have equipment too, so..." ...ok? After that little interaction, the noisiness, the complete lack of other climbers except a bunch of children coming over for a single climb - it just wasn't fun.

We got to try out on the walls for about 15 minutes then proceeded to do high walls, for an hour total. A few different rock courses. Did not feel in danger at all. Safe, secure and good family fun. Will be back! So bringing my brother back, we thought we'd be able to have an instructor and apparently you have to call 24hrs ahead of time to book one. It was never told to us prior but we said oh well, lets just lett them climb. Totally different expperience. The kids said theyd rather had gone to laser tag. 80$, so $20 per kid. Just a fyi update.
