Food is pretty good! I would have given this place a 3.5. The atmosphere is really nice.

    Pancakes, they were absolutely delicious!

The food was delicious and the Cuban coffee con leche was smooth and creamy! We ordered a bunch of things to try and everything tasted amazing! The menu is extensive and you can order any item all day so it was difficult to pick since we don't live in the area. The service was great and the diner ambiance was perfect for our family of 4. Highly recommend this little gem, don't leave without trying the ceviche

The food never disappoints. They upgraded the place from the last time we went to accommodate more people and now have a beautiful patio for outdoor eating! It's authentic Dominican food and makes me feel at home every time I go. We all ordered the mangu with fried eggs salami and fried cheese. It's the traditional breakfast of Dominicans! This place is now open 24hrs and they serve breakfast 24 hrs a day!! I freaking love this place! Its simply delicious and there was no way I would come visit my stomping grounds and not stop in for some food!

Fresh Guava Juice. You should order 2. They are that good!

Really good place! I ordered a fresh guava juice and Chuletas with white rice, black beans, and sweet plantains. Everything was delicious! The Chuletas were crispy and still very juicy. I'll be back for sure. At first glance I thought the portion was too small. But it was plenty of food and I didn't even finish. You should order 2 juices because they are THAT good.

Had a great time tonight at Don Cafe. Olmer the manager is such a great person, personable and takes the time to talk to the tables. My server Angel Luis was great, was quick and friendly! I definitely recommend the place specially on Fri-Sat night with live music. I would say if you in the area and want some Dominican/Puerto Rican inspired plates, this is the place to go!!

Indoor (cold AC!) and outdoor (semi covered patio) seating. Food is delicious and tastes like (what I imagine to be) authentic Cuban food. Yum yum yum ! Service seems like organized chaos, and the three (?) waitresses get around to all the tables amazingly well. Patrons can be loud and interesting at times, which just adds to the overall intrigue of the place. Prices are reasonable. I'm amazed they're open 24/7 - I wonder what the place is like at 2 am!

Worse Cuban sandwich and potato ball I have ever experienced in my entire life.. I havnt been to Florida since the passing of my grandfather 20 years ago I grew up in south beach many summers My cuban family always. Cooked all my favorites and was so disappointing. It tasted old and was cold .. I was starving from a flight and it was my first meal arriving to west palm beach.. The ground beef was so strange it didn't even look like ground beef .. I live in Los Angeles and was looking forward to a great Cuban meal /. So sad this failed ..

What an unexpected lovely surprise in West Palm Beach. This is a 24/7 place where there is a line no matter when you arrive. We visited for dinner, lunch and then breakfast on separate occasions. They serve FRESH SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE for breakfast. How can you beat that? How many 24/7 places even do this? They are efficient, there is no question about that. But the food is good. The empanadas columbianas, arroz y frijoles were delicious. One evening we had the Sopa de marisco - seafood soup with unbelievable seafood broth. It was the best soup we have had in quite some time. Definitely made from scratch. What a joy. Then into the evening, there was live music and dancing to top everything off. We will definitely return.

Fricasse de puerca Wed special full of bones and fat. Not great
    David B.

I give this place for stars because the people are generally very friendly. Also, they have a great Cuban coffee, of course. Today I tried the Wed special for the first time- fricasse de puercas. It comes with 3 sides which is great. The red beans were awesome- tostones ok although it looked like they were cooked in oil that they cooked many other products in. To my disappointment the pork was full of bones and fat. What the heck?? Why am I having to pick through bones to eat my lunch? Definitely NOT something I would order again or recommend.

Don café is a good choice at any time of the day. They're open 24 hours which is a huge plus. Their food was very good and so was the service. To drink we got passion fruit juice, mango batido (shake) and a coffee and they were all very good. They sometimes have live music outside which is nice. Definitely recommend.

So called Seabass (it's actually Tilapia), plaintains and rice.

I love coming here in the morning for breakfast as they are very fast and inexpensive. The Cafe Con Leche is so good here and gives you that extra boost in the morning so you can feel oh so mighty. They have specials every day on the board. There is a sitting area outdoors with umbrellas and also inside. They are open 24/7 which means you can get wasted and have food during weee hours ;0). Today I ordered lunch for the first time here. Ceviche with Tostones (not bad for $5.99). I also ordered the Seabass with broiled yuca, rice n beans ($6.99). Not bad at all except for they gave me Tilapia and not Seabass. So inexpensive, I'm not even going to argue plus I ate a piece. I think they gave me a wrong order. Oh well, good non the less. I see a lot of locals and returning costumers as they greet everyone by name. Looks like they also have live music and performers on the weekend. Totally recommend this place if you are looking for good Spanish cravings.

Masks off the face and nose might as well not be worn. She was in front of someone sneezing and coughing at the takeout window.

The menu had several dishes that didn't sound like a bad idea. Service was great but then again, it was just us. Lol. We dined in for approximately an hour and within that time, another couple came in. Appetizers and courses came out very quickly. We had the yuca empanadas for our appetizer. They were really greasy but not horrible. For our main course, I had the mofongo stuffed with churrasco and a side of tostones, my husband had the fried pork chunks with white rice and red beans. My churrasco was a bit fatty and chewy and the mofongo was on the dryer side. We both ordered cocktails, they were both very heavy on the alcohol but not too bad. I'm almost certain we will not be visiting again but I'm glad we checked them off of our list.

The term "aplatanao" is Dominican slang for being deeply connected to Dominican culture, and that's exactly what this sushi is: a Dominicanized take on Japanese sushi, packed with flavor and personality. Forget raw fish and delicate flavors--this sushi is all about big, bold, and cooked ingredients that blend the best of both worlds. Some of the signature Dominican touches include: - Sweet plantains (maduros) for a little natural sweetness - Fried cheese, because, well, cheese makes everything better - Salami, adding that smoky, savory Dominican touch - Guacamole, swapping out wasabi for a creamy, flavorful kick - Churrasco (grilled steak), giving sushi a hearty twist - Chicken (fried chicken), for those rolls that love white meat Wrapped up in sushi rice and nori, then topped with house-made sauces, the result is a delicious mix of sweet, savory, crispy, and creamy flavors in every bite. A Must-Try: The Villa Juana | Domi Roll One of their standout rolls is the Villa Juana Roll, named after a well-known Dominican neighborhood.
