While I regretfully hate to do this because, personally, I like Ronnie, I can no longer stay silent about my experience. I should not have had to pay out of pocket to fix my floors--period. The first installation was done without proper floor prep, which was never communicated to me at the time. When the floors started lifting, I was blamed--blamed for having two small dogs (under 10 lbs) and for supposedly choosing poor-quality flooring which i purposefully chose flooring for accidentals with my dogs. But here's the catch: the flooring was sold to me by their own company. If it was such low quality, why was it even offered?
Instead of owning the mistake, I was told to pay more--for prepping and better flooring--to fix what their team failed to do right the first time which i did. And even now, after all that, I'm still facing major issues. Gaps between the floors and walls. A chipped quartz counter caused during the job. A toilet that was working before but isn't now, which they alleged they never turned off. simply UNACCEPTABLE!!
To make matters worse, I was threatened with losing my warranty if I didn't pay the final balance--even though the work was not completed to professional standards. That's not just poor customer service, it's coercive.
And yes, the floors look nice at a glance--BUT I know when i post this and the picture what will they respond?? "We offered to fix it"? Reality is, It should not need fixing at all if it had been done right from the beginning.
I didn't want to take it here. But after threatening me for me paying again for a "better quality and prepping " I refuse to be disrespected, misled, or taken advantage of--especially not as a woman who expects to be treated with the same fairness and professionalism as anyone else.
