The previous ceramic coating appliers absolutely thrashed the trailer with deep gouge and swirls. It looked horrible. Being a brand new trailer, I was so disappointed and upset. FAST FORWARD: We reached out to Detail 2 U for assistance to see if they could fix it for us. WOW! WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Detail 2 U removed the ceramic coating that was originally placed on it, removed ALL of the damage from the previous company, and reapplied their ceramic coating. Our trailer looks amazing! I have attached photos. The original damage is hard to see in the photos, but trust when I say it was BAD. It looks brand new again. I can't thank Patrick and the employees from Detail 2 U that worked on our trailer enough for the wonderful experience and outcome we received doing business with them. Excellent customer service and communication from Patrick and TOP QUALITY work. Thank you so very much for fixing this issue for us and providing perfect results !!! 5 stars !!!!

To this day the paint still shines and has that deep wet look as if the coating were applied yesterday. I've brought the car back for several washes since then and it always comes out nothing short of spectacular. More recently I took my daughter's 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Limited to Mike after it had been parked in the sun while sprinklers soaked it leaving horrendous water spots that I couldn't remove. After one day at MK Auto Detail the car looked absolutely gorgeous again. Mike's prices are fair, his attention to detail is outstanding and the quality of his workmanship is superb. The shop is a little out of the way for me and I only wish they had more bays to offer greater flexibility for regular washes, but the results are always worth the trip. Sorry Mike that I didn't write this review sooner. Life has been incredibly busy and seeing the reminder on Yelp finally prompted me to give you the recognition you deserve. Thanks again for consistently excellent work. See you soon! Kevin~
