I usually never have any issues getting delivery's or picking up from this location. It seems to be staffed a lot of the time by the local college students. Occasionally it may seem that the delivery may be a little long but this is not always the case. Overall I feel that this is a decent location. read more

This Domino's should get an award for being consistently bad. I do have to shame myself for continuing to come back because it is the only pizza joint close to the Prairie View campus. There was once incident where it took 4 HOURS to deliver my pizza. There was another time when they accidentally gave my pizza to the wrong person and I had to wait another hour for them to make a pizza that wasn't even that good. I've called the store to check up on my order and I've gotten a attitude for no reason and even hung up on. There have been several times where I have received a burnt pizza. They also started a new thing were they don't even deliver to my apartment building. I have to walk 5 minutes to the perimeter of my apartment building just to get my pizza. The food at dominos (specifically their pizza) has never been that good. It was always a sort of restaurant that was nice time to time but did not merit ordering there a lot. For me it was something you could rely on for its mediocre pizza and decent service. I thought of dominos this way until today. I placed an order at around four o clock thinking that it would arrive at around five to five thirty PM. This was not the case. As I am writing this it is six o clock and my order was just delivered. It took dominos two hours to make a crappy pizza. By the time it arrived I had already cancelled my order. Dominos didn't even begin making my pizza until five thirty. I don't know much about making pizza, but in other places like dominos it does not take an hour and a half to make my order let alone deliver. Growing up my family eat pizza regularly. Four people ordering two pizzas took them about thirty minutes to an hour. Dominos took two hours to not give me my order. (Keep in mind I included delivery time for the orders.) When I called to ask why the hadn't even made my order yet, the terrible demon on the other line was very rude and innapropriate to me and then hung up. In short do not order dominos because their pizza isn't worth it and you will probably be harassed by one of the employees. I would never in a million years recommend dominos to anyone and by god don't order form there. read more

This location needs some training. Customers are the reason your establishment is in business. When picking up an order there is a level of communication expected between the employee and customer. We picked our pizza up tonight and needless to say customer service was extremely poor. No change in the register for a $20, no apology for the wait and no Thank You for my business. Get the pizza home and it's loaded in toppings but they forgot the sauce. Truly disappointing! read more

Be VERY careful at this Dominos. I am in California and someone at this restaurant was allowed to use my credit card for $95. Seems to me that the store staff must either be involved or are so neglectful of credit card acceptance policies that they are willingly neglectful. Either way when the manager was contacted he brushed it off as no big deal, so no wonder the staff is getting away with it!!! read more

Place order online at ,7:10pm for delivery 8:40pm no pizza. Called store guy says that it was a house that someone has number forward to thier house and they pressing charges. When arrived clerk says oh it here did I want to pick it up. I cancelled. I order for my employees regular several pizzas. I will never order from them again. I'm giving this store a 1 Star but wish I had the option for 1/2 a star or actually NO STARS! Placed my order at 8:07 and they told me delivery time of 30-45 mins. They called me back at 8:14 and said that the delivery time changed and would now be 1-1.5 hours. Ok great, thanks for the heads up... 9:45 came along- still haven't received my order... called the store at 9:49 to check on it... girl said my order was "dispatched" at 9:06... dispatched??? Uh no- I called the store and spoke to them at 8:07 when I initially placed my order. I asked to speak to a manager- guy got on the phone- told me the driver just left the store and he said that the "estimated delivery time" that they give starts when the pizza LEAVES the store, not when it's placed.. sorry but I have never heard of this before. That's actually stupid if he thinks I believe that, cause how in the hell would a customer know when a driver LEAVES!!!! the delivery time is for when an order is placed... again I spoke to a real person at the store when I ordered over the phone, not the internet. The manager was down right rude and wouldn't offer anything in regards to my order literally taking two hours to be delivered. Pizza was delivered at 10:14. The customer service from this location is terrible and I would not recommend this location to anyone. Papa Johns would have taken care of this kind of situation better. Worst ever! First off, their phone number is wrong. Half the time you call, it reroutes to another girl's number. Poor girl! Then if you actually get through, they leave you on hold for ten minutes. I literally thew out my whole box of cheese pizza after taking one bite. I was like who the heck is letting this store operate. 1) The location is super hard to find. It is inside a gas station hidden. 2) The cheese pizza box I got which was supposed to have extra red sauce and extra cheese tasted like repulsiveness so I threw it out. 3) I did order a box of cheesy bread which had spinach and feta and I loved it. But I do no think the stores prepare those. I think those are frozen because they taste the same at every Dominos but the pizza taste will change location to location. The best Dominos thus far was in Leander, Texas. read more

The service for the most part is slow, what amazes me is the fact that they don't deliver to the door at my campus but, still charge the full delivery fee. The more astounding part is that when they tell you a time to meet outside of our campus living community they show up more than 20 minutes later. Sometimes I feel as though they believe the customer is obligated to deal with their less than satisfactory performance. read more
