This last stop I see they may have changed owners and moved the order/checkout counter closer to the entry door. Cons: The location isn't great especially parking in their tiny parking lot or on the street. Stairs to get in with no handicap access. Moving the counter is an improvement, but the cold draft when someone opens the door in the frigid MN winter is not pleasant. And you don't get to watch them make the pizzas anymore. Prices have gone up, but still not too bad.

Called at 5pm to see where my order was and was told "it should be out for delivery". They called back 5 minutes later and said they couldn't find my order but will make it right away.. and it will be there in 30-35 minutes. 6pm hits.. I call and ask where is my order.. i am told it should be there any minute. I call back 10 minutes later.. where's my food.. and after a 20 minutes on the phone they say they don't know where my order is.. but they can make it now and will make it a priority.. ummm sorry but I don't believe you! I want my money back now.. he had the AUDACITY to say I was being hostile which then caused me to actually BECOME HOSTILE.. it's been 3 F'n hours for one pizza to be delivered a few blocks away!

I was also told I would be compensated for the mishap. I'm just glad we had enough of the kid's pizza leftover so I could have some. Will definitely be trying to contact the store again. This will not prevent future orders. I'm just a little disappointed tonight.
