The entire restaurant staff was Caucasian, including one of the chefs, who I saw come from the kitchen to hand deliver a take-out order. I have a hard time coming to terms with believing that this is what Midwest folks think is Asian cuisine, let alone GOOD Asian cuisine, especially when you have a decent Chinese buffet down the street.
