I haven't been to Pizza Hut in years, but while driving through the area I was craving pizza and…read moredecided to give this location a try. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. On a positive note, the restaurant itself was clean, and the bathroom was also clean, which I always appreciate. However, the food was the biggest letdown. The pizza did not taste fresh at all, and the ingredients lacked flavor and tasted overly processed. The employee was kind. Normally, I have to stop myself from finishing pizza, but this time I couldn't even eat most of it. I ended up just picking off the cheese and toppings because the bread itself was unpleasant and not enjoyable. To make matters worse, there were no complimentary red pepper flakes or parmesan cheese available, you have to purchase them separately, which was surprising and disappointing, especially given the overall quality of the food. Overall, while the location was clean, the food quality alone would keep me from returning. It wasn't the experience I was hoping for when craving pizza, and unfortunately, it missed the mark.
