This is a wonderful new improved Domino's! I walked in yesterday to a clean, well-staffed, efficiently run pizzeria complete with all staff in clean matching shirts and masks! Very impressive! read more

I purchased 3 large Friday night, all 3 were overcooked, dried out. It was like eating pizza jerky. I did not want to get little Ceasars because I don't like them and was happy to see Sylva had a domino's, well going there was a huge mistake ! read more

Domino's Pizza - Chicken Wings Near Me - Sylva, North Carolina

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered my pizza over the phone and couldn't have been more clear on my building and apartment number. Yet, after over an hour, my driver arrives just to drive away and never knock on my door. When I called to ask what the problem was, every excuse was horribly made. First they said they didn't have my apartment number (which I gave over the phone more than once, so the person who took my order should have taken the responsibility to annotate that). They then said that they tried to call me to confirm my address, but the number they called said that they never ordered pizza. Well, I've had the same phone number for almost 6 years and not only is it linked to my profile, but seriously what other number could they have possibly called??? To make matters worse, I decided to call up again to speak with a manager about the negligence and inconvenience of this situation. Almost the entire time, she made it obvious that she could not care less about anything I was saying. All I could get out of her for the first half of the conversation was "I wasn't there that night so..." or "I wasn't the one that took your order so..." She offered more excuses that didn't add up to anything other than negligent staff. Finally she tossed a free credit at me which should've been offered long before we got to the point in our conversation. I wanted clarity on the free credit with details such as how that would show up for delivery fees, and I can't even guarantee the information she gave me was genuine or accurate as she very obviously just wanted to get off the phone with me. I asked for her name to report to higher management because I was extremely unsatisfied with her attitude the entire phone call despite my attempts to settle this situation in a calm manner. She says that she doesn't give her name to customers. Well that's fine... but when I use that free credit I hope EVERYTHING is free. read more

I placed an order for pickup via the app. So hard to mess up right? No...not even close to the pizza I ordered. Got home before I looked, which was my fault. I called them and they said they could remake it, or issue a refund. I asked if they remade it, could they deliver it since it was their mistake. They said no. So I asked for the refund and advised them I, nor my family, will ever do business there again. read more

I ordered a family perfect combo deal from Domino's that they got going on. They are online and whenever they delivered it I only got one medium pizza for 21 bucks and was supposed to have got pizza Parmesan, but cinnamon twist and a 2 L drink when I called him and told him that they made a mistake. The man was very rude to me and told me that it wasn't his fault that the order got mixed up online and that the only way I could get what was left out of my order, but if I paid for it and paid a delivery fee again, and then he hung up on me, so I'll never order anything from them ever again and I hope nobody else does either read more

Sylva Dominos has been a disappointment for quite some time. It seems they are always understaffed and deliveries take very long. Once it took 3.5 hours to get our delivery. Usually I just ignore it, eat, and move on but not today. We ordered two pasta dishes and a stuffed cheesy bread. They forgot the two marinara sauces I paid for, but I thought accidents happen. Then pastas were COMPLETELY dry. We called the store, the girl who answered claimed she watched them cook our pastas and "they had plenty of sauce". However, even the pan underneath the pasta was dry. Yes, the girl reluctantly gave us a refund because she was "too backed up" to deliver it. However, the pasta was inedible so I suppose I am going hungry. Only order dominos if you want to be disappointed. read more

Much improved!! Went in there a few weeks ago and they were much better staffed than they used to be. Quick and easy efficient! Staff were wearing masks as well! read more

We stopped in at this Domino's on a recent trip to Asheville for a low-key dinner when we found ourselves still on the road later than expected. I wasn't expecting that much from a tiny storefront franchise pizza place in such a small town, but the service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the pizza was really good. We left impressed and very satisfied. It's a couple hours from home, so not an option to be my regular spot, but I'd highly recommend it to anyone local. read more

We ordered a pizza and after it didn't arrive we called back. They admitted taking the pizza to the wrong hotel but would not process a refund. ?i spoke with Sara and she said I was a homeless person who was working a scam to get a free pizza. I tried to discuss it rationally but that got me no where. She finally to refund the purchase but not before saying she knew I had gotten a free pizza and hanging up the phone. read more

Ordered some food for delivery. Delivery driver never knocked on door after over an hour deliver time, and took food back to the store. Then we were informed that the food would not be delivered. The delivery driver hung up on me when asked why he didn't knock on the door, and the manager Antonio proceeded to inform me that he was too busy to deal with me. When asked to speak with his manager, he informed me that "I am the general manager and you will have to go so high up no one will listen". Poor management and no food earn this dominos a single star. read more

Called the other night to order delivery, from maybe 4 miles away and was told it would be 2 to 3 hours!!! No thanks, I could make the pizza and walk and get it by then read more

Ordered online for delivery. An hour an a half goes by with no knocks on the door when we see a missed call on the phone. Call back two times with no answer. Call the store and we are told that we missed out delivery (in a studio apartment, again no knocks). They are no longer dispatching drivers and yes they refunded us but if we want our dinner we ordered an hour and a half ago we now have to come pick it up. When simply asking why the driver chose not to come to the door we were immediately hung up on by Antonio. Worst customer service I've ever experience. read more

New management. Delicious and delivery under 30 minutes. Courteous delivery man and pizza still hot. They're back!

Bad experience tonight. 45 minutes of pizza perfecting and they left off spinach from my mushroom and spinach pizza. They also took over an hour and were less than helpful when i called concerning the wait time. read more

Always nice and Deliciously made right! Drivers are courteous when they call and when they arrive and are always pleasant and quick! Only bad expierience was they ran out of lava cake but they called and were pleasant explaining how they could be there soon but probably wouldnt make it in time but in the rush there was a miscommunication and they just replaced it with cinnistix which i dont like i would have liked if they had either given me a certificate for one next order or just delievered it later if that worked out. But that was half my fault. Don't like calling them. But amazing Dominos! read more

We've ordered from this dominos several times. The order is always wrong and they always take way over an hour to deliver. Actually horrible. Do not recommend. read more

Worst Dominos EVER!!!! I ordered a medium pizza and it never came! I called and nobody answered. As well as poor customer service on the phone. read more

Ordered a pizza for delivery and was expecting a 30 minute wait which isn't bad. I was called and was told that it would be another 2 hour wait, from a young male who sounded like he was stoned. Not worth spending money or time on this location, when they're employees don't care about service. read more

I ordered on a Friday night for dinner to be delivered. I got no notifications on the tracker for about 30 minutes after placing the order, then suddenly the food was being prepared and then within 3 minutes said it was on it's way. 5 minutes later it said the food was delivered. I didn't have my food and it was like 40 minutes at this point, my place is about 2 miles from the store, so I called them. The person that answered quickly mumbled that the tracker didn't work after explaining my problem and hung up. 10 minutes later I tried to call back and no one picked up. Kept calling every 5 minutes for the next 20 minutes with no answer and no food. I finally was on the phone with Dominoes corporate number when the delivery guy knocked. Food was stone cold and disgusting and he said there were only 2 people working there in total on a Friday night at dinner time. Corporate got a refund to me after complaining. From reading other reviews I think this place is actively trying to go out of business. read more

I called back and cancelled my order, I am sure it was cold at this point any way No one cared WORST customer service STAY AWAY read more

Ordered online at 3:15p for delivery at 6p. Realize it's SB so planned ahead. Called at 6:15p and told its in the oven - might be an hour cause they're busy. Come on Dominos - why have online ordering? read more

I love online ordering - it goes right to the store and is always ready when I need it. Phone ordering is easy too. This location has also been very helpful to me when I am planning for lots of people and often do orders in advance. They always get the order correct! read more
